I was going through my Leo feed tonight and @taskmaster4450 wrote a piece about HIVE and the Life Changing Opportunity. Giving yourself the 5 year time frame of achieving this opportunity and this is so very true for those that have been doing just that. Building the stake is what is important as this is what allows you to achieve this life changing opportunity. Having 50 000 HIVE staked and selling this when it reaches $10 may make you better off, but not wealthy and set for life. Using that stake to earn will however through curating and other avenues like investing in HBD which would equate to a substantial monthly payment depending how much you had in the savings wallet or in the Leo Finance DeFi pool.
People outside of HIVE won't ever understand this as they miss the point entirely. My family is a prime example and why I keep them in the dark as if HIVE was at $10 they would expect me to sell not knowing that this would generate a monthly income. The more accounts curating who hold value the better as that means we have a healthier eco system.
The stake is the key to unlocking the wealth and why I cherish the value of the HIVE vote so much. Each week this is something I monitor as it is that important as not only does it provide support for others, but generates you more HIVE.
This may not seem that important right now but trust me when HIVE is at $10 this vote would earn 2.77 x 10 per day divided by 2 50/50 which is nearly 14 HIVE per day which would be roughly $4k per month. My aim is to have this vote over 3 HIVE before the year end and to keep increasing this value. Obviously at the same time adding to HBD as both of these items combined is your true financial freedom.
What makes this even more remarkable is I have managed this without having to invest and that window will be closed at some point when HIVE is harder to earn. What other projects out there offer something that can be so life changing as I don't know of any this good?
5 years like Task mentioned in his post is a good number to aim for, but it also means you don't need to stop there. The community needs you to grow as large as you can in order to support others and that has to be the aim. This applies not only to HIVE, but whatever Tribe tokens you are staking as they also add value by supporting others generating an income for yourself at the same time.
The accounts with large stake will be like lighthouses to others as if you can picture millions of accounts on here in 5 years time how many will have sufficient stake. Who knows maybe there will be a few thousand accounts in a sea of millions who can help those around them grow or even help pay their monthly bills. This is still way too early as HIVE is just warming up.
