Urbanization will continue to beat into many environment, the real estate business is becoming a boomer and many entrepreneurs are flocking that direction. It is but estate here and there. Get a plot of land here and there; the offer is affordable while it still lasts. Yes, the word 'while it still last’ should be very notable, many are beginning to have more eyes on landed properties. After retirement, every retiree wants to build his house and settle. So if you have it to sell a a lucrative position, then you will be settled.
One thing I am very sure keeps appreciating in price is land
There are many benefits to it. You can cultivate it or least it out for others to do the cultivation business while you wait for some years for a potential buyer if your intention is to sell or we raise a structure for leasing on it. From when I was a kid till at least I can tell the improvement in terms of house pricing in our environment. It has become much advanced town than it was, many are flocking in for employment both at private and public sector. Others in the process are here to pitch their business tent and grow their brands.
Many old buildings have been pulled down and new ones erected as replacement. I have talked about this in my recent article, how local ‘landlords’ as they are called over here are not taking the real estate business very serious. They have had to sell out and the big buyers are buying to take advantage of the environmental advancement especially.

Don't blame me much, I just happen to be a lover of the real estate industry. Always keeping my eyes very open as to concerns in its ups and downs. Most especially about its ups. I just met an overview of growth in this industry as concerns to an environment I have seen growth over time. The real estate industry in this part of the world is still at its early phase, a big opportunity indeed. You know when comes good road comes, there are many other opportunities; structure is a big part.
Our surroundings are changing and it is in the process affecting the neighborhood. Yes, the surrounding villages are beginning to benefit too. That can be one advantage having boundary with a capital city or local government. I am staying in the local government capital and at most of the time, we have had to make pickups and delivery outside the local government. Ok, I went for a personal delivery today in an area that I have gone to on a few occasions. This customer is living in the developing part of the local government.

In the space of three years or so, I have seen a very big difference from when he first took me to his place. Most of the time this deliveries are done in the evening and on a Rush. There is always little to no time to look around. I had to take a very good look at that improvement today, a good thing it was a morning delivery and I happened to salvage some time. New structures have been added and I mean standard structures. I was very wowed in the process, this is something I have covered in several articles concerning the massive population growth and how it will favor realtors/investors
I can't recall the exact figures he told me he bought that piece of land but it was back then very affordable, looking at the current development it will indeed double or triple up. Already, the price of Naira is facing devaluation and land and properties are having hedge over it. From what I am seeing here, add another five years to this place and it will become another new town entirely.
To conclude, let me add, advancement is gradually creeping into many areas of my locality. At first, it was more concerned with developing the local government capital but this is spreading into the nearby villages. I am seeing a big opportunity as this will continue to gradually spread. The key sprouter of this is the good road the state government is earnestly putting effort in order to connect the entire state. It is bringing in new investors and I feel this part of the state will boom even more than expected.
