Hello and Good Day! Today I got a little story for you and the lesson of the day that came from that,
So, let us begin,
Today as I was going about my groceries I realized singing very important,
while coming out of the shop, I realized how bad I felt for purchase, ever happened to you before? š¤
Well this can be for many reasons, sometimes we feel what we good for not match the value we exchanged it for and that causes anxiety.
It can happen to anyone, to feel like they didn't get something of value and for many reasons,
Money is a tricky thing, it is an assessment of value, this is how we measure, evaluate and justify that value can be subjective.
Based on this we make get an emotion by which we fuel our decisions, be it small or big. āļø
So after having left the shop, I realized that... hey! what if that food that I bought was worth only 0.01$? Well guess what? That made the experience of "consuming" it much more enjoyable, without having to worry about "did I pay too much?" or similar. š” š·ļø
We sometimes may feel like we do not deserve to enjoy something or even not deserving to have something and that can sometimes block us from actually going in fully into an experience, which of course can be a shame considering we often pay for an experience, speaking from experience of course that sometimes even when we earn our enjoyment, we may not get to fully experience it as it is meant to be, this happens to some of us for many reasons which sometimes are related to mental health. š§
To counter this and actually get through it even momentarily I thought that the value of the item was less than how much I paid for but for others it may mean having to consider the possibility that the amount you paid for is not much compared to the item's worth or even to your own worth.
This really begs the question how do we value ourselves, our possessions and of course... our experiences. šļøšļøāšØļø
As described on a previous post, experiences can be valuable and they can be considered as something that gives value to a currency, so if the currency is our time, the real value of it is the quality of our experiences and most importantly, the overall enjoyment we drew from them coupled with more deep values of course.
There is plenty food for thought here and many important lessons. š
Usually I make posts about deep thought and ideas exploration often as well as mindset, art, gaming, tech and opinions relevant to said topics, this was an idea worth exploring today,
I hope this was helpful in some way and wish you a Great rest of the day ^^
