A new study was conducted by several experts specifically in the cryptocurrency sector, where it was possible to demonstrate precisely which are the countries and territories of the planet that are prepared, today, to be able to assume the commercialization and use of cryptocurrencies in their economies in a broad manner.
The study was prepared by the renowned information group company Crypto Head, which took into account elements such as the distribution of ATMs, the legislation of the states towards the possession of cryptoassets by citizens, as well as the willingness to adopt cryptocurrencies shown in social networks.

In this ranking, the United States is in first place, leading the study with an index of 7.13 points out of a possible 10, as it has a high number of ATMs around its geographic territory with approximately 17,000, allowing it to have a trend in the intention to own cryptocurrencies and the use in different banks, together with an increase of 140% of searches on the network of topics related to crypto-assets in the year just ended.
In second place is the Mediterranean island of Cyprus with an index of 6.47 points out of a possible 10, highlighting that it has the highest cryptocurrency incursion intention of its interested citizens (34%), where they want to allow the use and possession of cryptocurrencies.
The third country within the Rankin is Singapore, with an index of 6.3 points out of a possible 10. This Asian country has more than 30,000 web searches per 100,000 inhabitants and has legal provisions that allow the purchase, sale and use of cryptoassets in its economy. One of the negative factors is that it has very few cryptocurrency ATMs with a total of only 10, taking into account that the distances are approximately 73 square kilometers each as the country is very small.
The fourth country within the Rankin is Hong Kong, it could qualify for having a high demographic concentration, highlighting a large number of ATMs in a very small area with 124 ATMs throughout the country; and lastly within the rankin we have the United Kingdom, for its high interest in this sector of cryptoassets, it also highlights that it has the third largest number of ATMs and for the great favorable environment from the legal point of view on cryptocurrencies.
It is worth mentioning that the study was conducted in 76 countries or territories of which it was also possible to know some countries that are less prepared for the acceptance of cryptocurrencies because they do not meet some categories such as ATMs available, legislation, intention to adopt cryptoassets, among which we can mention Greenland, New Caledonia, Saudi Arabia, Nauru and Uruguay.
