You could take the net present value of the services rendered, and you get the value to the market about what is really the value of the human assets, and what is different people able to do? So, the human assets, they are extremely important, and the employees are the most important asset that we can find any place ever since.
And you know, the business life is risky with the payment, and there is a standard deviation behind the different ways to earn money, and this was the lesson from professor Jan Mossin by NHH in Bergen, and he had probably got the Nobel Prize in Economics on that issue, since he was a pioneer in the invention of finding the CAPM, and Sharpe and Lintner who published some of these issues during the 1960s, they got the Nobel Prize in Economics, and professor Jan Mossin was at least as good as them.
You know, it is not the places that are different to all the variations that we find in the nature, but it is the quality of people, and what is really inside your head, and also on how intelligent we can do things as fast as we can. And you know, being engaged with writing and saying something, that is a market communcation work that we can do all the life, and we should be engaged with loving people for all the countries that are present, and you know, there is quality differences and ranking differences between different schools, and all these things are professional courses and social affairs, and therefore we should say things in the appropriate environments that fit the environment in question in the best manners, and therefore we cannot talk about NHH and SNF to anybody! And people are educated and some are not, and you know these research studies, they are worth the gold medals in different doings and in giving advice many places.
So, you know, we should come out of the human crisis that we are experiencing now! First, the war in Ukraine is putting the prices into the air, and second there are ways to solve peace and work for people in better ways than they are treated today, and we all need jobs to survive, and we should always do our best, and there are many people now not having afford the most basic needs, and we should come out of the different crisis many places, and we should have solutions for how people can get even more pleasure with living, operating and working. And you know, there are many nice firms, but we need to stay at home, and the press conferences should be organized in kindly ways, and all people are meeting all people by being in the middle with satisfaction, fitness, adaptation and better ways to manage the challenges to different firms, and I myself can all the books in Bergen, and therefore there are no problems with working anywhere, and this is the reason why I am saying and writing that.
So, the human assets are both uncertain within and without organizations, and people need stability, predictability and conditions to live with, and we should not say anything more that press conferences are messages, and these stupid ways of organizing them should be followed to hell. And therefore, we should show loving behavior and respectful behavior for all people on the planet, and many people are not to blame due to the situations they are within from time to time.
So, you know these cash flows, and they are used in studies at all levels, and therefore all problems are just ended in a little but maybe an important problem in a dissertation! And brand extensions, they are both about similarity and dissimilarity, and we should open the shops for everyone being engaged in buying behavior for the firm in question, and the main point with business life, is about selling as much as we can, and with buying the articles and goods and services that we need to create and to achieve a firm that can be there for a long time, and therefore profitability is critical for firms in the long run, and nowadays we also experience problems for individuals and for households, and we cannot come out of this crisis without doing what the professional people, the ordinary people, the doctors and the nurses are telling us, especially related to the corona-virus.
