You know, there are not just downturns in the whole world in the B2B markets, and there are also upturns, so Harvard cannot explain all the variations that we find in the markets anywhere at any time, and we are just in some markets, where there employees and the leaders are communicating to each other, and we should love what is happening, and we should do our best to any time, and life is filled with challenges both to the private markets and the business markets, and we cannot say anything about the trends and the ways that things are happening, unless we have tried the whole world, and you know being in Tokyo, New York, London or whatever, that is really the same, and people can have all the vacations that they want, and we find variations with where people are, what they are doing, and what has happened of any events where they are from time to time.
So, we are learning in the business schools, especially the best variants of them, that we are working with communcation, marketing, sales and advertising when being in the world in the markets where we are. And you know, picking up the phone is important, and we should say what we want to get the sale, and there are people and businesses there, and we should make agreements with them in informal and/or formal ways, and we should meet the requirements of giving and taking satisfaction as good as we can. So, we cannot say anything more, that there are ups and downs in the markets, and when we are going to the markets, we should win the wars, and we should fight as good as we can, and what we are doing are just in relation to out abilities, capabilities, talents and knoweledges, and we should work with all kinds of literature and no literature where we are facing our bodies and our minds from time to time. So, the challenges are about making many people to read, and today you can read about what you want, and we should take care of all the people we are meeting, and being as friendly as we can about many people, also the families and the friends we are meeting in our jobs, and in the markets. And anybody being a friendly version of a human, should be respected an loved, and we should do things good things forever and ever, and we should love our bosses with all the talents and the knowledges that they have. And you know, the children are having normal challenges in the schools, and some are having ADHD and other things, and we must have competence for solving the problems and the variations of human behavior that we are meeting in the schools and in the organizations, and everyone must be loved, and we should build the people we are meeting to be the best and most properly version of themselves. So, ask the schools about the advice about what to do, and we should cluster and making the competence around the challenges, and doing the daily life as a better working affair and loving affair of any kinds, and maybe we sometimes should just call the best competence in the world, and maybe we at other times should just take the phone about what we want for our lives with our human relations and our children wishing them happy and properly lives.
So, we should not be afraid of calling whatever, and people are calling us, and that can be from any institution and organization and from whatever hotel, and you know, we are here to get many friends, and we should appreciate having lovely and funny times in the markets, and you know the private markets are just about talking as good as you can with people and their needs and challenges in their lives. And that is challenges that we are meeting daily, and it is the same where we are working because everything is about communication and relations and meaning on the planet. And the B2B markets, these markets are just about doing marketing and selling efforts in the organizations, and to any time you should know the product and what you are selling, and we should speak with anyone, and we should not be stupid and bad, but we should work with leaders, CEO, employees and anybody from time to time, and there are productivity and growth in the markets, and we can shape the markets to be even better, but sometimes there are trouble in the markets, about how the people and the organizations are having and experiencing the life as they are having when living and operating and working on the blue planet. And you know, there are enormous masses of people in the world, and we are more than 8 billions of them now at the earth, and picking up the phone to anybody having a phone, that is our philosophy nowadays. And we should dare to be the same human nature as anybody, and we should dare to be different, and that is about giving us the freedom in life, and we can think and speculate wherever, and nothing all things can be explained anywhere. But be free and open minded, speak and write to anybody, and be the best version as you can of yourself! Good luck!
