Rebate Airdrop
Today I am announcing a 0.28 rebate on each LABFUND token, this will bring the invested price per token down to 0.72 and I think our calculations look pretty promising from that point. We are working on the automation to make such a thing happen smoothly right now, the snapshot has already been taken. My hope is that by the time you are reading this it will already have been sent out.
So we have invested 7200 HIVE (10,000 minus the 2800 we are rebating) - what are the results so far?
Results:
We currently have 1'507,040 SIM on the market order books and 1.457 million SIM on hand. This totals 2'964,040 SIM, or 1037.414 HIVE at 0.00035 HIVE per SIM. We will not be rebating this, as we will keep the floor on the citizen market and keep a slow flow going with this account, I think we can do ~3000 more human experiments before we are mostly done.
We could have looked to rebate this amount as well, possibly bringing our token price point down to 0.62 HIVE per LABFUND, but I thought it was appropriate to keep a bit of pressure in the pipe, as there exists the possibility at any moment that some old account wakes up and dumps some worker cards on us.
Our city value:
Our city value is north of 45MM SIM, worth ~15750 HIVE at today's theoretical prices (and slightly higher than this with what we have listed on the market). We will need to use this city to generate the bulk of our rewards for this game-vestment scheme. Let's take a look quickly at what this is producing us per day at current conditions:
Our income heavily depends on the War Tax settings. With the War Tax currently at 3% (+1.45% lobby), we are expecting to see approximately 46,000 SIM (16.1 HIVE worth of SIM) total today. If this was our average daily payout for the year, we are looking at 5876.5 HIVE over the next year, considering SIM prices stay at this level. We are now deep into the War Shares club, and one day soon hope to pass up d-pend:
I will dig into this cashflow more in the next post, low war tax is definitely the Achilles heel to our ROI, but there are actually a lot of options we have in our strategy bag, and I will break them down soon. Our ranking rewards, while additional money is nothing to scoff at, won't make much of a difference in the numbers:
For now let's go to the assets that will likely provide our first payout after the rebate:
ARMERO tokens
Mentioned briefly in my Presidential Acceptance Speech, ARMERO is a new project that has soft launched in parallel to the LABFUND project, since @superlab needed somewhere to send all of its extra Sick Citizens. @armero is now sending @superlab ARMERO tokens automatically when we send Sick Citizens to the Sanitorium.
I needed some time to consider the implications of how we are going to run the @armero Sanitorium, hence the soft launch, and all of those details will come out soon, but what we know for now is that ARMERO will work as a SIM-bond that pays out HIVE.
@superlab currently has 17,200 of them. I am pretty sure we are going to get to 20k soon. This means that we can send out - as nearly immediate divs - 2 ARMERO tokens per LABFUND tokens! Together with the rebate I hope to make this one of the fastest projects ever on HIVE to complete 100% ROI payout.
But, what is an ARMERO token worth?
Well, I will definitely be showing some calculations that I am doing in the upcoming post on the topic. But what I can say is that it is based on the SIM price, the Sick Citizens backing them produce a certain quantity of SIM per day (under the right conditions), based on the experimental funding lever set by the president.
Some LABFUND holders may be interested in holding ARMERO token to get HIVE dividends over time with SIM exposure. But since the entire rest of our trade at @superlab also incurs its greatest risk from SIM exposure, it may be wise to dump immediately. I am making arrangements to have a buy wall set up, tentatively at 0.2 SWAP.HIVE per token.
If the SIM price can stay pretty strong over the next week or two, that means we could be getting another 0.4 HIVE per LABFUND back quite soon, a rapid 55.5% return on each 0.72 HIVE LABFUND token.
Hold steady
In the future, we will not be 'dripping' divs, we will do structured payouts at stated times so if people want, they can use the LABFUND market to trade the token in between these times. The Rebate snap shot has already been taken, the ARMERO snapshot will be preannounced in the future. As of now no market action has occurred on the LABFUND market since the end of the sale.
As stated above, my goal is to 100% ROI this token as fast as possible. We have 0.68 HIVE in payouts planned in just this post, just the first month. As we achieve these milestones, it may become interesting to speculate on the token's value on the market. I will try to keep you all updated as to the conditions, but for the shrewd observer all is available on the blockchain at @superlab :)
