It has been requested in the ARCHON/UPFUNDME DISCORD that we do a more specific guide on how to participate in the @archonbank WORKERBEE mining pool that was developed earlier this year by the ARCHON tribe. ARCHON is an open tribe of builders and the WORKERBEE mining pool is one of the already operational, successful projects.

As you can see in the image above, the @archonbank account is the largest WORKERBEE miner on the richlist, with more than 3 times the effective WORKERBEE than the next largest miner kopasi. It receives its delegated WORKERBEE from all the members of the mining pool. This helps our members rewards stay higher and more consistent than if they were mining alone.
How can you get in on this? Delegate WORKERBEE to @archonbank
If you want to buy workerbee and send it to @discohedge, as documented in earlier posts, the fund will manage that token for you, in fact the way they manage it will be exactly as we explain below. If you want to manage your WORKERBEE, this is what you will need to do.
STEP 1 - go to LEODEX.io/WALLET

Here we can see all of our balances. We really like this wallet and market, though sometimes it seems to get a mind of its own and head to hivesigner, we always use keychain wallet for maximum security.
To the right of a token that is able to be delegated, it will have some arrows, to delegate out or undelegate.

When you buy WORKERBEE from the market, you will first have to STAKE it to your account. Use the 'lock' image to Stake a token. A popup should appear like this:

The popup should include your same account name, but if you manage multiple accounts in the same browser, just double check the account name before clicking 'stake WORKERBEE' because you can stake tokens to another account, for example as a reward.
Once the tokens are staked, the same operation needs to be performed with the 'delegate' button, which is the arrow heading right.

Once it is delegated, it will take 24 hours to get on the rolls, then the second cycle will be added. 8 days a week, then, each member of the pool takes their share of BEE. For some reason, some days get double rewards.

Currently the BEE price is high. I hope this guide was helpful to those of you wishing to handle your own WORKERBEE but still participate in a competetive pool of miners.
