What's happening With @leo.voter?
I've been following @leo.voter, LeoFinance's curation account activity and I find it strange what's happening.

The account's voting power is sitting at 100% for almost two days now. Apart from those few users who are on autovoter and get the automated vote, the voting power is simply wasted. The last manual curation was almost 40 hours ago.

This is an account holding 2.86M HIVE and 23,273.771 LEO, of which 2,815,179.107 HIVE and 10,652.059 LEO delegated from users. I'm not sure of the percentages, but I know LeoFinance is paying for delegation in return. This is a kind of negative use of delegation.
