Han pasado varios días desde la apertura del primer concurso de #Erarium, acá te dejo el enlace del post por si deseas participar. Aun tienes oportunidad de hacerlo si lo deseas.

Me animé en participar por dos razones, la primera razón es que #Erarium es un proyecto que me ha apoyado acá en #LEOFINANCE y estoy muy agradecido con el proyecto, de modo que me sentiría muy mal si dejo pasar este concurso y no participar y apoyarlos.
I was encouraged to participate for two reasons, the first reason is that #Erarium is a project that has supported me here in #LEOFINANCE and I am very grateful to the project, so I would feel very bad if I let this contest pass and not participate and support them.
Mi segunda razón es que el tema sobre el que se nos propone disertar es un tema en demasía atractivo, importante y vital.
Básicamente se pide responder dos preguntas que nos centran en un solo tema: Los Comentarios.
My second reason is that the topic we are asked to discuss is a very attractive, important and vital one.
Basically, we are asked to answer two questions that focus us on a single topic: The Commentaries.
La primera pregunta:

• ¿Cuál es la importancia de los comentarios en la plataforma y porque este mide su compromiso?
- What is the importance of feedback on the platform and why does it measure engagement?
Desde que comencé en la Blockchain de Hive, supe que los comentarios son de gran importancia, pero con el pasar del tiempo, he aprendido que los comentarios son más que importantes. Y miden nuestro compromiso con la plataforma de una doble manera. La primera es el dejar comentarios, o mejor dicho, dejar buenos comentarios, y la segunda, el recibir comentarios.
Since I started on the Hive Blockchain, I knew that feedback is of great importance, but as time has passed, I've learned that feedback is more than important. And they measure our engagement with the platform in two ways. The first is leaving comments, or rather, leaving good comments, and the second is receiving comments.
Como la segunda pregunta versa sobre el realizar buenos comentarios, primero les platicaré sobre el recibir comentarios.

Cuando creamos contenido lo hacemos para expresarnos, compartir alguna habilidad o conocimiento y esperamos que sea de utilidad o por lo menos atractivo para alguien. De modo que recibir comentarios es saber que a alguien llegó lo que hemos creado, y que no solo se perderá en el feed de la comunidad donde lo colgamos.
Cuando nuestro contenido esta realizado con la mejor disposición de espíritu, cuándo damos lo mejor de nosotros, develamos el compromiso no solo personal sino con la plataforma, de modo que recibir comentarios es reafirmarnos de algún modo que el trabajo está dando su fruto.
When we create content we do it to express ourselves, share some skill or knowledge and hope that it will be useful or at least attractive to someone. So to receive comments is to know that what we have created has reached someone, and that it will not only be lost in the community feed where we post it.
When our content is made with the best disposition of spirit, when we give the best of us, we reveal the commitment not only personal but with the platform, so that receiving comments is to reaffirm in some way that the work is bearing fruit.

• ¿Crees que el realizar comentarios pueda traer en el corto, mediano y largo plazo buenas recompensas a tu contenido?

Definitivamente un buen comentario puede traer recompensas a corto, mediano y largo plazo, me explicaré con más detalle.

Why do comments bring rewards?
Pienso que dejar buenos comentarios es vital dentro de la plataforma porque es valorar y apreciar el contenido de otros, recordar que Hive es una RedSocial es importante, habitamos en un ecosistema donde se hace imperativo, comentar es hacer comunidad. Es decirle a los demás: "aqui estoy" pero no desde el interés, sino desde el acompañamiento dentro de la plataforma.
I think that leaving good comments is vital within the platform because it is to value and appreciate the content of others, remember that Hive is a RedSocial is important, we live in an ecosystem where it is imperative, to comment is to make community. Creo qué cuando contemplamos las cosas (libros, música, arte) nos contemplamos a nosotros mismos a través de lo que observamos. Comentar, es decirle al otro, tu contenido me transforma y me hace crecer, madurar y mirarme desde la perspectiva que planteas.
I believe that when we contemplate things (books, music, art) we contemplate ourselves through what we observe. To comment is to say to the other, your content transforms me and makes me grow, mature and look at myself from the perspective you put forward.
Aunque #Hive y #Leofinance sean plataformas de finanzas y busquemos recompensas monetarias, también el dejar y recibir buenos comentarios, nos deja una recompensa sentimental, nos satisfacción.
Although #Hive and #Leofinance are finance platforms and we seek monetary rewards, also leaving and receiving good comments, leaves us a sentimental reward, we satisfaction.
Ahora bien; a corto plazo nos hace visibles, a mediano plazo muestra nuestra constancia y a largo plazo evidencia nuestro compromiso.

Mi recomendación a todos, es que para comentar, tomemos el tiempo necesario, lo que necesites para dejar un buen comentario, más vale 3 excelentes comentarios al día que 10 pobres comentarios.
