A good 10 or so minutes of meditation. TOwards the end, I could physically feel tension in many of my muscles releasing upon exhalation of deep breaths. The pelvic region still felt tight (which I think may be the underlying cause of some of my recent symptoms). This is going to take time to improve, but I think I'm headed in the right direction.
OK, time to eat, eat, eat, and sleep, sleep, sleep. Essential for recovery!
