So I'm gonna be honest with you guys: I used to be the worst when it came to cooking (so I was told). Living with a bunch of Haitien girls, I was spoiled...amazing food just magically appeared in the kitchen. Why ever bother learning how to cook?
Eating out was killing my budget, but it was also making me feel like garbage. Finding food that tasted good and didn't give me a stomach ache was nearly impossible. I truly wanted to learned how to cook but i didn’t have the freedom. My family always touching I did not have the freedom to cook.
Once I moved with my partner, I started to love cooking. Now, I get to control exactly what goes into my food. No more mystery ingredients, no more feeling blah after a meal. I've really took the time to make changes and be more aware of what I'm using in the kitchen. The best part? My bank account is thanking me. Turns out, those takeout bills add up! I truly prefer to cook than taking out. Cooking has become like art and i love cooking for my partner.

I'll be posting more recipes. Some days it'll be vegetarian stuff because my partner doesn't take part in the flesh lol.
