This is a short sum-up table with the state of my goals in easier TLDR form. The table has only some information, so if you want details, they can be found in the post.

I include a link to the initial goal-setting post for 2023, for reference, if needed.
So, week 7 (Feb 13-19) is when I add another official goal to my Hive goals.
The goal is generally nicknamed "Maxed Cards for Land Stacking" and is a goal with a deadline on June 2023, part of my land expansion focus for Splinterlands. More details about it at the respective section below.
After moving BUSD to Hive as HBD and staking about half of them and the recent favorable evolution in the price of HIVE, I am practically forced to increase the HBD target for my HP+HBD in savings main goal for the second time in less than two months.
Let's see what changed since last week regarding my Hive goals.
HIVE Power (HP) + HBD in Savings Main Goal
My staked HP remained relatively constant at 27098 HP. Added 500 HBD to savings and kept a little less liquid. For now, I'm keeping some liquid HIVE, but I'll decide closer to March 1st if I want to push for another 1k power-up or take it slower this month. The pump after this month' HPUD is still fresh in my mind.
I increased the HBD target from 14000 to 15000 due to the reasons I mentioned in the introduction. It may not be the last increase if HIVE continues to grow this year, although at some point I will stop to not risk having a missed goal at the end if the market turns.
Here's what the evolution of the HP+HBD goal looks like:
I'll need to have one of the targets (HBD or HIVE) reached to consider this goal completed.
As you have seen already with the HBD target, if it becomes too easy, I'll increase the target. But I won't increase it forever. Just like the market can play against your targets, it can play in their favor too.
LEO Staked Main Goal
452 LEO staked during the last week, a big portion of it during the LPUD.
448 LEO left to stake in February to meet the 1000 LEO power-up guideline, in something like 8-9 days. I'd have to buy a big portion of that if I want to make it happen, most likely. We'll see.
Splinterlands Land Expansion Main Focus
Land expansion's main focus extends throughout 2023. Unless I will change the strategy, it will be the only main focus / main goal for Splinterlands in 2023. But there will be several 1-3 months goals.
First Land-Related Goal: DEC/DEC-B Saved
Time to add more concrete details to this goal.
Deadline: end of Q1, beginning of Q2, most likely (and unless new relevant information changes the situation).
Target to consider the goal completed: 1 mil. DEC/DEC-B saved.
Stretch goal: 2 mil. DEC/DEC-B saved.
Current status: almost 735k DEC-B + building up holdings in diesel pools.
New Land-Related Goal: Maxed Cards for Staking on Land
The purpose of this goal is to build the amount of maxed-level cards I need for staking on my tract.
The latest information shared seem to lean toward 5 slots per plot to stake cards, without any mention of a requirement for summoners (that doesn't mean they can't be used as regular cards). If that will be the case, it makes more sense (since summoners are a bottleneck for the game already), but still, a lot of cards are required.
To be honest, I started working on this goal a while ago, although not consistently.
So, what are the details of it?
Deadline: June 2023, probably.
The number of maxed-level cards dedicated to staking on land: 500 (5 x 100).
Current situation: 83 / 500 (16.6%)
Time remaining: ~16 weeks
I could probably add some more maxed-level cards from my playing deck if I'll be forced to (some are probably underutilized in the playing deck). By the way, do you know if there is still a way to find out the win rate and play stats of your own cards?
I didn't forget SoulKeep will have card staking too, and maybe even sooner than land.
Comments Made
I started this week with a total of 12542 comments made.
Ended the week with 12670 comments made, which brings the number of my comments this week to 128. I'm glad I finally crossed this needed comments line for the first time after a while, thanks to the #threads alpha launch, mostly.
I now need an average of 119 to reach the goal of 18k.
Weekly Task - Buy Cards And Rent them Out
Other than the alpha version of #threads, I was focused a lot on buying cards to max them out for the new goal I have. I also had to be careful how to combine them to add to the rental market in the interim until I need them on land. This was a very time-consuming activity, one that I expect to continue on a regular basis, since I have so many cards to buy to reach my goal. But also, 16 weeks is a good amount of time. I am curious if during that time I'll be able to max out any of the new soulbound reward cards.
