Flipkart is the one of best e-commerce site for shopping, i always prefer to order from flipkart but for the first time had ridiculous experience of Flipkart as I ordered Samsung crystal smart 43 inch Tv from Flipkart big billion Sale.
My experience with flipkart was worse even being a plus member. I ordered Samsung Crystal Vision ismart 43 inch on 8 october from Flipkart Big billion sale it costed me 22,539 and i paid online since there were amazing offers for ICICI Bank credit card.
You can see how much discount i got from big billion Sale, when i compare with Amazon sale difference of rs 1000 only, and there was huge difference from samsung offline store.
My Old T.V.
Actually i was not lured with deals and offers of the sales because currently having oldest model of LG T.V, as i was planning to buy it from last to last year, but due to some problem can't able to buy it.
The expected delivery of T.V is on 12 october, even i got the message from the Flipkart that your parcel is out for deliver with secret Pin and delivery agent contact number. I was excited in the evening that my TV arriving waiting till 9 o'clock, i called the delivery agent several times but no pickup, soon my joy converted into sorrow, then most probably i will expect it next day, but same disappointment, got updated in Flipkart i will get parcel on 16 October, it was okay, let's wait for 4 days more, same issue on 16 October to call from agents i try to call delivery agent he said sorry ma'am i don't have your order with me, then from somewhere i got my city Flipkart office contact number, he said okay ma'am i will where your order has been stuck, next day i call him again, now he is not picking up my call anymore.
Now things are beyond are beyond my patience level, then i contact flipkart. Idiots customer care doesn't know anything, we know only what their screen shows nothing more than that, After calling customer care again and again and waiting for 30 hour everytime to talk to a supervisor I got frustrated,they says ma'am your complaint has been already raised please wait patiently and sorry for inconvenience you faced and bla bla ..... next date supervisor gave me 22th oct,i thought it will be final date due to work load ,may be my parcel is delay,as don't have any option left only to wait, but same situation on 22th oct . Now 22th already has been pass but no updation in the flipkart. Again contact Flipkart customer care service telling the same story they again raised same complaint. It was so irritating and frustrating to call them again and again and explaining the same scenario for the 3rd time, so the final date got is 26 of oct, but the worst part is there is no updation on Flipkart App, last updated was on 14th October even there is no option for cancellation. Till now got no help from it's customer care service and don't have any option only to wait till 26th oct, hopefully i get Tv before it.
Guys give me suggestion or advised what to do next to get my order deliver 😔😔
This is how they are dealing with their customer and resolving their customer. For sure I am never gonna buy anything from flipkart. They are just loosing their customers by doing this, i wish i get order as soon as possible and also in doubt whether i will the right product without any physical damage,i wish once get the parcel will put on return, due to horrible experience of Flipkart now i don't new tv as happy with my old and outdated TV.
