Hyper-Focus Isn't Just For Building Massive Wealth
In this Millionaire wealth principle, I talk about The Law of Hyper-Focus whereby this week, we are going to laser focus on the things that are adding value, adding income to your business, adding love to your relationships, add health to your life so as to increase and focus on those 3 categories which are health, wealth and relationships. I want you to focus on the one thing that improves those and if you could do this one thing, anything else in your life would be much easier.
Hyper-Focus is the law of focus, there is a normal focus where you think of one problem in front of you, then solve it and there is hyper-focus whereby you remove everything and just focus on one thing that when you just do that, it is super leveraged. When you look at the three aspects to building wealth, you have stocks, business, and real estate. I focus on the most leveraged asset which is real estate where you can borrow money, time, other people's energy, experience, and leverage their knowledge.
I had a call with Mitch Jaworski and Mike Schein and we were talking about market caps and did you know that gold makes up 9 trillion dollars, Bitcoin makes up 400 billion dollars, the stock market makes up 15 trillion dollars, real estate makes up 289 trillion dollars. Real estate is clearly the business to focus on, it is easily the business that has people that know what they're doing, it is clearly the business that has the most people willing to jump in and get involved.
The Person With The Highest Energy Always Wins
When you're looking to hyper-focus on something, look for reality first, look for something that will never ever change and energy is one of them. It doesn't matter what is in front of you, energy is powerful, it will do well because your energy is there. It doesn't matter your skill level, the people you have around, how long you have been doing it, it doesn't if you like it or not, if your energy is high, you're going to produce better results than somebody with bad energy.
Hyper-focus on how the mind works and the inner workings of your mind is playing games with you. If you're going to hyper-focus on one thing this week then energy is one of them and please write it down. If you can hyperfocus on one thing then make it your energy.
A Practical Exercise To Understand Hyper-Focus
An exercise you can do right now is that for 30 seconds where I want you to focus, some of you may have to close your eyes or keep them open. Focus your energy and increase it higher to the highest that you can at the moment, focusing on the ideal life, the taste of the food, the smell of the sounds, people around you that you choose to spend your time with, focus on your clothes, the car you drive, the experience, the location, where you're.
Improve the clarity of it, really intensify the amount of money in your bank account, the work you do, the joy that you feel in every step, in every moment of the day hyper-focusing intensifying the gravity being pulled towards this reality. The person for a moment is very aware of who they're, very clearly, very powerfully, feeling that experience, hyper-focusing on it. For a moment you recognize that this person inside you is really cool, the person inside of you has the ability, the desire the drive to get to this point in life, and the only thing stopping you is saying yes to it, committing to this life, committing to this success.
Hold it and for the next 20 seconds, I want you to write down the clearest thing that came to you while hyper-focusing, give yourself this gift, give yourself this opportunity to be hyper-focused on your success right now. Hyper-focus on the pain for a moment then launch because you need to know when you're not going back.
How To Leverage This Principle To It's Max!
If you're hyper-focused on improving people's lives, you have what you want. I surround myself with people that have amazing relationships with their spouses, with their children, with money, with their health and bodies and I make sure they know that I admire those traits in them so that those traits become stronger in them so that they live longer so that they have a little bit more money, relationships, health and in return I receive wealth, health and best relationships. If you want to improve your life, improve your energy.
