Hey folks.
There are times when things get negative or don't go the way you want it even if you love your job. You may get frustrated with a feeling of lack of productivity or other things.
But when it's easy to get into a rut after having a bad experience it can be just as easy to redirect your mind and rather focus on the - hopefully - more positive experiences.
Having a positive mindset means a positive attitude towards situations, interactions and yourself and be optimistic about it. People having a positive mindset remain hopeful and see good even in situations not so favorable.
But on the other hand, those with negative mindset may be more disagreeable or pessimistic and in difficult situations they typically expect the worst outcomes.
Although being optimistic doesn't always translate into feeling less anxious, it can provide you with the resources you need to manage stress in a manner that is more healthier.
A positive mental attitude is something that can equip one to deal with stress and negative situations in a much healthier way.
