In this 21st century that it is almost impossible to stay without a computer and phone, especially for we that work from home. The need to know how the stress we face from the use of them.
Staying for a long time fixing the eye 👁️ in a particular direction brings one kind of pain or the other to it. Some months back I became a victim of stress due to how became so used to my phone, I may say I worked almost 24/7 with my phone which impacted serious pain in my eye. Some of the things I need to recover my eyesight are what I will be sharing with you now.
- Do not work in a dark room: Because I use my phone to do most of my work, it becomes easier for me to work even from my bedroom, and times at night I prefer my light to my off ao what I do is to make sure that anytime am working that I have at last my light on so that the room will have some illumination and that will reduce the concentration from my phone to my eyes
- Reducing the brightness from my phone 📱 became a default setting for me. I made sure that my phone is in eye care mode that is to say it adjusts to the brightness around it to suit my eyesight.
- Not working for too long at a time became a practice for me. This I was doing before but at a point, I lost the practice and I had to incorporate it again. Making sure not to do all the work at the same time became a regular practice at that my eyes will get some rest same like my brain.
- Earing healthy: Most times I complain of headaches my husband will ask me to go and eat and rest, when I do and the headache is still there he may suggest another practice. Food and fruit are very important in this digital era.
Hope someone will take that bold step to take care of his eyesight to last longer in this space.
