What is Hive DRIP coin?

DRIP is a crypto-coin on the HIVE blockchain that invests into GameFI projects, which are projects that combine gaming with blockchain technology. We believe this will be one of the top growth areas in all of crypto over the next 5-10 years.

Recap

The value of our treasury increased from $29,330 to currently $48,348. That's a 65% increase in one month! I thought last month's 38% increase was big. We now have 331 stakers; up from 275 stakers of DRIP last month.

In addition we are increasing again our daily swap.hive payouts for the fourth time starting November 1st, we plan for another increase in December. This is 4 straight increases in 4 months.

Investment Update

In October we increased the number of Splinterlands SPS Node LICENSE's to 21 from 15 and also have increased our staked SPS holdings to 336,000. Our goal is to build up to 1,000,000 SPS staked if prices stay below $.02. We waited for the perfect moment to swap all of our DEC we had been hoarding over to SPS and swap.hive right when the Splinterlands latest pre-sale started and DEC was around 95% to peg. This turned out to be a great trade. Our target Splinterlands allocation is 25% over the next 2-3 months. We decreased our Splinterlands weight to 43.8% from over 50% in a month. Over time we will diversify so no project has a large percentage of our assets.

We powered up 10,000 HIVE to HP and delegated this to the new Holozing game coming out to collect and stake some ZING tokens. This also gives us a nice hedge if Hive goes up quite a bit in value. We want to have the ability to do buybacks if necessary.

In October we did some OTC deals to acquire some assets outside of Hive to help diversify. We acquired $10,000 worth of USDC, BTC, MATIC and ETH that are now valued at around $11,500. Those coins are already up quite a bit with the market in a couple short weeks. We will be looking for projects to deploy the USDC into soon to start earning. We have one idea we may be posting about soon!

We are still looking beyond just HIVE to invest into some of the top projects in GameFi for diversification. Our other assets include any Swap.Hive/Hive/HBD we have along with any other non-gaming assets. We also now have 18.5% of our assets in BTC,USDC and ETH.

Daily Payout

We pay out Swap.Hive every single day at 12:30 AM UTC and plan to increase the payout per DRIP coin held each month! We also reward .25% of staked DRIP daily at this time as well.

Staking Rewards

You'll receive exactly .25% of your staked DRIP tokens rewarded daily in liquid DRIP coins. This is a 149% APY. Coins paid out are liquid so you'll need to stake them daily in order to keep compounding your rewards.

Ex. - If you started with 1000 DRIP staked, you'll receive 2.5 coins the first day of staking rewards. If you then restake those coins, you'd earn 2.50625 additional DRIP the next day. If you did this each day for a year without ever purchasing more coins you'd have 2487.71 DRIP coins. Since the Swap.Hive payout is per coin and we plan to increase the payout slightly each month you'd be receiving more than 2.5 times your current Hive payout. The power of compounding is huge so don't forget to restake!

We are currently in the third 4th tranche of our sale. 1000+ DRIP staked - New role called DRIP Challenger and access to a no-cooldown room for S&S game. Auto staking script available. We now have a rewards bot where only DRIP Challenger roles can enter for daily reward payouts (currently up to 25,000 daily DBLN).
