IceBreak-R.com is proud to announce that the IceBreak token is now trading live on Hive-Engine HERE. Staking, delegation and rewards pools will be enabled once the main site outpost ICEBRK.IO is fully funded and ready in the coming weeks. We have already secured the domain name all that is left is to gather the required BEE tokens to upgrade the token functionality and establish it as a new front-end for Hive.
The token's initial distribution will be done in two simulataneous phases- "The Big Freeze" and "The Great IceWall". These will be for a limited time only before the project will move into the next phase called "The Ice Age". Whitepaper HERE
During The Big Freeze any of our VIP token holders (100 VIP minimum) or ICEBRKDAO GovCom (2T ICEBRK minimum) or other Tribe/Hive-Engine token owners may contribute towards the 1% private allocation of IceBreak (BRK) in exchange for Big Freeze Contribution Points (BFCPs). IceBreak tokens will be vested and airdropped over 10 months, according to BFCP, in order to ensure that The Big Freeze contributors do not immediately capitalize on these steep discounts over The Great IceWall rates. All of their tokens will be distributed by airdrops over a several month time period for fairness and to allow the protocol to grow its liquidity.
The Big Freeze will be performed similarly to a simple "Dutch auction" style where the offer rate will start at one end and slowly drop every week. The starting rate will be 70% of The Great IceWall listed rate and drop down every week, until either sufficient liquidity conditions are met, the entire 1% allocation has been claimed or we touch the reserve offer level. Any unclaimed tokens will be returned to the liquidity bond reserve fund at the end of The Big Freeze.
For everyone else there is The Great IceWall! We encourage the community to help attack this IceWall to Break The Ice with us. The listing rate will remain the same for the entire duration of the distribution phases at 0.02 SWAP.HIVE per BRK token and there should be plenty of IceBreak to go around at 10% supply allocation. All SWAP.HIVE acquired will go directly towards purchasing BEE tokens in order to upgrade the platform into our very own front-end for the Hive blockchain. Any remaining funds will, over the 9200 BEE required, go into the ICEBRKDAO Treasury DeFi pools to start earning APR on our assets immediately.
Once sufficient liquidity conditions are met for the creation of the outpost, enabling all token functionalities and the creation of the Automated Market Maker liquidity pool/token pair The Big Freeze and The Great IceWall phases will officially be over. All limit orders for IceBreak will be removed from Hive-Engine, returned to the liquidity bond fund, and from then on BRK tokens will be available to trade purely using the AMM DEX pair. Additionally, our second utility token known as IceBlock (ICEBLK) will be introduced to the picture to create a true (3,3) game theory for the token.
