Usually we used to get update once or twice in a week but this time there's 15 updates made altogether to enhance user experience which will surely Propel You into Web 3.0.
So, let's dive into those updates and changes made recently.
15 Major Updates on Leofinance to transform your crypto journey
We've got some of new features and improvements happened on Leofinance from UI, backend stuff to fixing some errors/glitches and new features.
First of all, it's Thread, Comment & Article Module Update
Where we can see a new look of some features and changes in interface look more eye catching and simple to interact with also I liked that reply under thread shows on feed without clicking to thread and exploring long form content became more enjoyable experience with Addition of customize feed, switching to hive/Leo content easily.
Addition of Gifs and Emoji's
Now we've in-built emoji's and Gifs on Leofinance which is something I was personally waiting.
Since, both of features are necessary and always good in a discussion though for me Gifs made a lot easier to make #memes on Leothreads.
Gifs is like video without sound and with emojis combined now both gifs/emo person can enjoy it.
Mention/Tag Users Suggestions
Now after @ when we start to type a username it gives suggestions and makes easy to tag your Fren with difficult usernames. This is going to be my favorite feature after Gifs.
Addition of some more useful features
Plenty of more features necessary and useful is already here as you can see those all features below
From edit, delete, copy link to Downvote all of those are now available on Leofinance.
As well as another new feature is included which is "announcement" whenever Leofinance will make a new announcement related post it will appear to you when you open the app.
Backend Improvement and Performance enhanced
There were some glitches or errors found in UI/UX while using before is now fixed.. like no more application error, threads or comments isn't disappearing since performance is also enhanced.
It loads faster pretty smooth and doesn't feel lag like it used to happen sometimes before.
Switching from one tab or menu to other loads instantly, when I press comments it just go right away and that transition gives a good web 2.0 like feel.
Also there was a problem with beneficiary which is fixed and also you can power up 100% $LEO/HIVE in one go.
What are the most important updates among the 15 of them?
For me, improvement and backend stuff they've worked on is most important among all and feature wise I loved that Gifs, announcement inclusion and username suggestions.
They all are important and useful things for a better user experience for both microblogging and long form content in hive.
The reason those features are important is already something I've said above like those are necessary features being used everyday and makes a good user experience.
How many more updates are needed to fix the current problems that you encounter in UI?
The consistent updates from Leofinance is making it more and more better version. Currently, it is fully in working state and as of now only encountering one problem.
When I'm writing something on thread but the word becomes something else like if I'm typing "thread" from nowhere it will become "ttthhread" doubling characters.
Other than that I haven't encountered any problem at all... So, I guess we need couple more updates and more features.
What other additions in feature should be made for a better UI?
In my opinion, we need some kind of exclusive badges display on user profiles or besides username (like twitter verified badge) but on thread it should be based on engagement, thread or achievement Gamified roles. It will become so fun to have such kind of feature.
Another feature I want is "Pin 📍 a thread to profile" so, users can pin their favorite thread, intro or whatever.
Wrapping Up...
The everything app is providing a top notch user experience in web 3.0 whether it's about functionality or features we have it all in one place.
I'm sure you've loved these new updates and are excited for future development.
