There is a current Learn to Earn Quiz about Sei Network which gives one a chance to earn 50 staked SEI.
How?
Go to this link, and make sure you are logged in to your Coingecko account. You can read all about the quiz mechanics and requirements on that page.
It was advised not to leave the quiz page until you finish or you might lose your progress. To avoid that, I recommend doing the following tasks first before starting the quiz.
Add SEI to your portfolio/watchlist on Coingecko and take a screenshot of it. You will need it towards the end.
Follow Sei on X.
Download the wallet extension FIN or Compass and generate your new SEI address. You will enter it on the 13th question.
After accomplishing the above, you can now redeem the task. You will need 60 Candies to get a code which you can use to access or unlock the quiz section.
It is also recommended to read the introduction and watch the short video provided on the landing page for an overview of Sei and visit the official website as well.

- My answer to this was D where it mentioned the 380 milliseconds TTF. (Unfortunately, the screenshot I have taken doesn't show the whole answer).
💠Q4: What is the transaction time to finality on Sei Network?
- This is confusing for me because in the quiz page, it mentioned that the transaction finality time is 380 milliseconds. In their website however where it was compared with Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana, the transactional finality time was indicated to be 500 milliseconds. Both choices are available on the quiz.
💠Q5: What kind of digital assets does Sei Network support?
- Sei supports exchange of all digital assets, including Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), gaming assets and tokens.
💠Q6: Which chain has a faster time to finality?
- The choices are Bitcoin, Ethereum, Polygon and Sei. Obviously, it is Sei based on the comparison table provided on their website.
💠Q7: What is the fundamental use case of blockchains?
- It's option D for me. Enabling decentralized, transparent and immutable record of transactions.
💠Q8: What wallet supports Sei Network?
- Fin and Compass wallets. Both D and E.
💠Q9: What should you do with your seed phrase?
- Of course, keeping it in a secure and private location. And never share it with anyone.
💠Q10: If you are a user of another blockchain, how can you use apps on Sei?
- Through a bridge that facilitates interoperability between Sei Network and other blockchains.
💠Q11: What is the cornerstone of crypto?
- Choices are Mining, Hacking Prevention, Blockchain Education, and Trading. It was mentioned in the video that it is Trading.
💠Q12: What is the purpose of a digital wallet in the cryptocurrency space?
- The obvious answer would be A - To store, send, and receive cryptocurrencies.
💠Q13: It asks you to enter your Sei Wallet address
This is where you will enter the address you created earlier via Fin or Compass. I mentioned above that before starting with the quiz, you should create a wallet first, either on the Fin or on Compass wallet extensions.
But you can do it too while on the quiz proper. It's quick to download and generate a new wallet address so it shouldn't be an issue especially if you are on a desktop and your internet speed is fast enough.
💠Q14: What is your Twitter (X) handle?
- This is the account you used to follow Sei on X (Twitter). For sure, they will need to verify if you really followed Sei or not.
💠Q15: Upload the image showing you added Sei to your watchlist on Coingecko.
- Unfortunately, I f*cked up and submitted a screenshot that didn't have my star on, lol! It was too late for me to realize this because I had already submitted my quiz answers. (You are given time to review your answers before confirming to submit them).
Personal Thoughts
Learn-to-Earn programs are common these days. This quiz is just one of the simplest ways to earn free cryptocurrency using your Coingecko candies and without spending so much time and maybe learn something in the process.
