It's a beautiful weekend in DD and the end of the month too, whew! While it is still early, I have a feeling the day will be as bright and lovely as yesterday. It might sound like I'm overly confident in my forecast but it's just me being optimistic :)
Bright and sunny days are my favorites and this is our slice of heaven here in DD yesterday. There was no rain in the afternoon so it was warm all day and night - a lovely shift from the usually cold evening through the next morning. I love it! So yes, my soul's happy and celebrating. It's even dancing, lol!
Anyhow, Venus Williams said we should set realistic goals and keep re-evaluating them while being consistent. And that is the drill we do each Saturday - checking our weekly progress toward our targets and making adjustments where we deem necessary.
Week 35th of the year is concluding and let's see how the numbers have grown from our previous update.
Staked HIVE (Hive Power)

Over 247 HIVE (HP) was added during the week and I couldn't be more thankful. I was committed to reaching my year-end goal sooner rather than later and from the looks of things, that will happen in the soooooniverse. Might cross it off on HPUD (tomorrow).
Not that we like how the crypto market is behaving, but the low price of HIVE makes it possible for anyone to grow their HP faster. Some people have largely increased their account HP since January which shows they are taking advantage of the situation, perhaps buying the dip and then powering them up. Smart move, especially when one has idle funds to use.
Meanwhile, my secondary targets are inching slowly but growing nonetheless. The staked LEO (Leo Power) has seen a small addition of 46 in the last seven days (manually staked) ending the week with 20,938 LP (14,638 + 6,300). It's still better than none at all, yeah? Geez, what an excuse, lol!
The HBD Savings also had a wee increase of just 10 HBD over the week, ending with a balance of 1,260. Still good! Putting HBD into savings is another way to create more HBD. The interest gets added to the balance and compounds month after month when we don't take them out.
Summing Up
Week 35th has been awesome! There's growth on-chain, and albeit slow, we are still building. I have been less active online so hope to return to my usual momentum when the dust settles here in the new place. I'm thankful too that while we are mostly buzzy, things are going well in real life.
