In recent days I read a post that caught my attention. It read, "The goal for September is to attract 450 new users to Hive, get them to stay and become active, long-term members of our community. This really, really caught my attention and I wondered what it would be like to participate. Coincidentally, in the Virtual World community where I participate, they were talking about Zealy's Campaign, and I said: BINGO!!! that's the one I read !!!! And I said: There are no coincidences in this life. I'm getting on this train!
And here I am, I feel witness and protagonist of this great mission to attract people to the Hive network, which welcomed me with open arms and here I am still here.
And I made the decision and joined the campaign ... and I'm going to give you many reasons to join too. Here is my profile on Leofinance. I'm proud to be part of it.
I can't say that it has been easy, since I had only participated in the community I mentioned and in the network games, I didn't know what it was to make a post, make a thread and much less about threads and tags. I barely used twitter. But I can tell you that it has been 100% rewarding and I will explain why.
In my previous post I told you that I saw the goal that leofinance had set with this campaign as Growth. And so in this post I say that I feel that I am Growing in community with the Campaign to increase the adoption of Hive.
2.In the Zealy HIVE community that moves through concrete tasks, all have the same goal: to make the network known and attract as many people as possible.
3.I feel that the community has grown in commitment and collaboration. And that makes me very happy. The sense of belonging to this work. The mutual help, the constant support, the healthy and harmonious interaction. This is valuable.
4.I have received a lot of support from special people in the community, they have explained me how to make posts, how to make drafts, how to layout, how to place titles, how to use tags... wowwww all this has been a new world for me. And of great learning. And I really appreciate all the love and support I have received. I can only say THANK YOU!! and contribute as much as possible.
5.I have been pleased to see that each new person is getting to know this network, integrating and getting to know its advantages, building their processes and strengthening the community accordingly.
6.Within all this interaction in the Hive network, new forms of communication, negotiation and growth are taking place.
7.If I could summarize this experience I would do it with three words: growth, learning, satisfaction.

En días pasados leí un post que me llamó la atención. En él se leía: "El objetivo para septiembre es atraer a Hive 450 nuevos usuarios, lograr que se queden y se conviertan en miembros activos y de largo plazo de nuestra comunidad. Esto me llamó muchísimo la atención y me preguntaba cómo sería participar. Coincidencialmente, en la comunidad Mundo Virtual donde participo, estaban hablando de la Campaña de Zealy, y dije: BINGO!!! esa es la que leí !!! Y dije: No hay coincidencias en esta vida. Me subo a este tren!
Y aquí estoy, siento testigo y protagonista de esta gran misión de atraer gente a la red de Hive, que me recibió con los brazos abiertos y aquí sigo.
Y tomé la decisión y me sumé a la campaña ... y te voy a dar muchas razones para que te unas tu también. Aquí les muestro mi perfil en Leofinance. Estoy orgulloso de ser parte de ésto.
No puedo decir que ha sido fácil. ya que solo había participado en la comunidad que les mencioné y en los juegos de la red, no sabía lo que era hacer un post, hacer un thread y mucho menos de hilos y etiquetas. Apenas utilizaba twitter. Pero si puedo decirles que ha sido gratificante al 100% y les voy a explicar por qué.
1.En mi post anterior les decía que veía el objetivo que se había trazado leofinance con esta campaña como Crecimiento. Y por ello en este post les digo que siento que estoy Creciendo en comunidad con la Campaña para incrementar la adopción de Hive.
2.En la comunidad HIVE de Zealy que se mueve a través de tareas concretas,todas llevan el mismo objetivo: hacer conocer la red y captar el mayor número de personas posibles.
3.Siento que la comunidad ha crecido en compromiso y colaboración. Y eso me alegra mucho. El sentido de pertenencia a esta obra. La ayuda mutua, el apoyo constante, la interacción sana y en armonía. Esto es valioso.
4.He recibido muchísimo apoyo de gente especial de la comunidad, me han explicado cómo hacer post, a hacer los borradores, a maquetar, a colocar los titulos, usar los tags.. wowwww todo esto ha sido un mundo nuevo para mi. Y de grandes aprendizajes. Y valoro muchísimo este cariño y apoyo recibido. Solo puedo decir GRACIAS!! y contribuir en la medida de lo posible.
5.He visto con agrado que, cada persona nueva va integrándose a esta red, va conociéndola y conociendo sus ventajas, va construyendo sus procesos y en consonancia va fortaleciendo a la comunidad.
6.Dentro de toda esta interacción en la red de Hive se van dando nuevas formas de comunicación, negociación y crecimiento.
7.Si pudiese resumir esta experiencia lo haría con tres palabras: Crecimiento, aprendizajes, satisfacción.
