Hello Hivers and Happy new month to everyone. It’s been a rollercoaster of a month for me and I’m happy to be able to power up today. April went by in a flash, didn’t it? I don’t know about others but I think it’s the fastest month yet.
So, it’s that time of the month when we get to show our support to the Hive Blockchain by powering up. With the way things were going, I thought I wouldn’t be able to be a part but I’m glad to be able to participate this month.
Now, I’m very happy to talk about my growth on Hive because I’ve made considerable progress and I’m glad for it. By April’s power-up day, my HP sat at 202 as shown above. I remember being proud of it then and I still am. So, I decided to foster that by trying my best to write every day as opposed to April where I just wrote about five times a week and also, doubling my engagements as I wasn’t exactly a powerful engager.
Before powering up, my HP was at 344, which means I’ve had a growth of 162 HP in the last month. It’s a big deal to me and it means I’m making leaps and bounds in my own little way on Hive. It’s good to see that writing more has earned me this and I hope to continue in the next month. So, I decided to go big and powered up 15 Hive to take my HP to 364. I know, leaps and bounds.
My Goals
For this month, my goals are simple. I’ll try my best to keep up with writing at least one post every day. So for May, I should have written and posted at least thirty-one times. It doesn’t look simple and I know there would be a lot of obstructions to that goal but I’m willing to give it a shot. I also want to continue powering up one Hive every day. I started this a couple of weeks ago and the goal is to get to at least 600 HP by the next month. I can most definitely achieve it.
I also plan on increasing my engagement too. I came to realize a little later the power of engagements. You not only stand the chance to be rewarded dutifully, but you also gain amazing friends as I have in the past month. I don’t take it for granted in this part at all cause the beauty of Hive is in the positive connections and the genuine friendships you’re able to make.
My goal is to also be able to be consistent in saving at least 1 HBD every day. I’ve taken my saving very seriously and if I’m consistent enough, I should have about a 100 HBD in savings ans also build that Hive at the end of the month. Go Tessa!
Finally, I look forward to participating in my first Leo power-up day. This month would consist of threading furiously, which helps since it’s loads of fun and just gaining more of those Hive-Engine tokens. The Leo finance Thread Adoption Campaign is already underway with a $10,000 pool prize to be won and 100,000 delegated HP to the chosen community. It’s a lot happening starting this month and I hope we all participate in the Zealy Quests and have a lot of fun while doing it.
