Fan tokens are slowly becoming a trend with, a way to reward fans and keep them more engaged than they already are. Manchester City recently launched its fan token on Chiliz blockchain following the likes of PSG, Barcelona, Juventus, Atletico Madrid etc before the just concluded soccer season.
The Chiliz chain currently is most probably dominant in attracting sport clubs in creating fan tokens but there's another chain that might just be under the radar Bitci a Turkish blockchain.
The English Premier League’s Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club will launch fan tokens under a new partnership with Turkish blockchain platform Bitci Technology.

The partnership will see Bitci's logo worn on Wolves's jersey from the new 2021/2022 season, the goal is to have fans engaged and possibly other benefits with less details at this stage.
Bitci is known to have partnered with
Formula 1 team McLaren Racing, Turkey’s National Basketball Team and Rangers Football club. Those are good partnership which can only grow as sports clubs gravitate towards fan tokenization.
