Time invested in work turns into money and ultimately wealth, I have found that, what is so difficult to manage is time, time never stops, it keeps running, regardless of whether you are sticking to your day to day routines or not.

The owner of the farm was not there with the farmer when the farmer was working on the farm, he was probably somewhere doing other things, maybe he was at his own work station, but because of the time he can assimilate that the amount expected to be paid to someone who has been on the farm from 8 o'clock in the morning until 4 o'clock in the afternoon.
