Frankly, what is happening in the crypto market is very strange, and it really makes you think, is this normal or is there clear manipulation? I mean, how does Bitcoin reach $95,000 in one day, and the next day it drops 10,000 as if nothing happened? The issue is not just a normal price correction, no, it is a very large drop in record time, and this is what makes me believe that there are hidden hands moving the market in a way that suits them.
I think that political decisions and statements have a very big impact, and sometimes you feel that they are deliberate in order to shake the market. For example, you find a senior official in America making a negative statement about crypto regulation, and suddenly the whole market collapses, and after a while the same people or large companies who were attacking, you find them buying huge amounts of Bitcoin at a lower price. This coincidence is so frequent that it is illogical, and it makes me see that the issue is not random as they are trying to convince us.
Also, the big stock exchanges have a role, because many of the violent declines occur after huge movements in futures contracts or sudden liquidations. That is, people may be optimistic and the price is flying up, and suddenly there is a violent decline due to the liquidation of huge positions, so you find people who entered with leveraged contracts completely liquidate, and the market goes back down, and everything is in favor of the whales who buy at a lower price.
I am not saying that everything in the market is controlled, but honestly, when you see this pattern repeated every time, it is very difficult to believe that supply and demand are what determine everything. I wish there was more transparency, but unfortunately, as long as there are big parties benefiting from this violent fluctuation, we will continue to see the same scenarios repeated every period.
