So I managed to max out the legendary SORRIEL THE BALE a legendary magic card that belongs to the fire element, and the best part of it is that it's a Gold foil legendary with a collection Power of 52,500. It's my first ever maxed-out card and it gets better because it's a legendary.
I've never maxed out any card since I started playing Splinterlands, and even if the fire element isn't one of my favorites, there is simply no way you cannot be in awe of a maxed-out GFL.
Although we can say it's a soulbound card, but then soulbound rewards allow players to actually enjoy the privilege of earning cards that are not tradable in the market, and one other thing that gives it the value it possesses is actually the rarity. So this one will be sitting pretty deep in my collection until some of my summoners reaches level 4 and 5 respectively.
Another Legendary
Yesterday as well, I got the legendary IZIAR a magic card that belongs to the life element. This was just part of my daily focus rewards, and while it's not a gold foil, there's always the pleasant surprise of getting a legendary card. This is a single BCX. I got my first IZIAR over 4 months ago, and I'm just getting my second one, and I'll be needing one more copy to get this card to level two.
This is a very rare card in the game, a lot of people have not been able to get this card despite how much they try. I think it's because of its unique abilities, and its unbelievable tank, halve magic attack as well as double down as a taunt card.
Using some specific cards like the Adelaide in some specific ruleset makes this card almost indestructible, especially when used with a card that can actually heal.
It's a very valuable card in my collection. Whenever I'm playing life element, this card is always 50% in my lineup, and it'll be really good to have it at level two. Just one more card to go and I'll have it at level 2.
5K staked SPS
So finally I've hit the 5k staked SPS mark. I did this over the weekend, and my progress from 4k to 5k was even faster than from 2k to 3k and from 3k to 4k. Since I joined a guild I've been able to accumulate SPS more than I did before I joined any guild.
SPS has gotten a long-term use case and because of this, selling it makes it quite improbable at this juncture, so I reckon that before the year ends, I might hit 6k.
It's likely a 50/50 chance as 6k is a long way to go.
Guild Win
It's another decent outing for me in my guild, 5 wins out of seven and two losses. Some other players did reasonably well and some other players lost outrageously. The fray can be unfair sometimes, just like life can be unreasonably unfair, it's the same thing. Players cannot control the kind of rulesets or mana they get.
Some players are accustomed to doing well with more mana (like me), so I'll just say I was a little bit lucky to get the rulesets I mostly favor in the game.
