Want to pick up a $100 Billion? Just convert your treasury to Bitcoin...
Elon Musk was in crypto news again today as he made some comments surrounding bitcoin and of course DOGE.
As expected the words surrounding bitcoin were not all that flattering, but the words relating to DOGE were, of course.
Not surprisingly, DOGE spiked 20% on the tweet while bitcoin was unaffected.
But, it's what happened next that I found the most interesting...
Bitcoin's White Knight, Michael Saylor showed up and responded to Elon with this:

Want to pick up $100 billion? Simply go bitcoin like I did!
Then he also followed that up with offering Elon advice how to get large amounts of money into bitcoin, similar to the $1.3 billion Saylor got into it.
This coming from one rocket scientist to another...
Hopefully this gets Elon thinking...
Over the years Elon has been pretty neutral on bitcoin, having brief moments of praising it followed by other brief moments of criticizing it.
The ultimate luke-warm love/hate relationship.
If this were to happen it would be beyond huge for bitcoin and crypto.
TSLA is currently valued $658 billion and (according to Saylor) could pick up another $100 billion in value if it were to convert its treasury assets to bitcoin.
What's more, if TSLA were to make this move, many in the S&P would also follow along according to Saylor.
This would represent hundreds of billions coming into bitcoin, if not trillions.
Elon alone is worth $153 billion yet only owns .25 BTC.
As you can see, if Saylor just gets the ball rolling and gets Elon thinking, it could be game changing for bitcoin and crypto.
Like I mentioned in a previous post, the best things about getting guys like Saylor into bitcoin isn't the money they bring, it's the fact that they become cheerleaders for bitcoin spending their time bringing others in as well.
Bitcoin is the perfect mix of investment and religion with people buying in turning into zealots set out to recruit as many more members as they can.
Sounds like a perfect recipe for success!
