Hello and welcome back to the Saturday Savers Club. The Club continues in its fourth year with an awesome number of 59 members who have signed up with their savings and investment goals. With the assistance of @shanibeer, Club members share ideas on Saturdays over on @eddie-earner's account. Being accountable to other members helps to become more disciplined in your savings approach.
For me, July was a bit of a tumultuous month. However, I weathered the storm and performed better than expected online. Offline, I'm dealing with family medical issues.
Today, I wanted to share my Club activities for July.
Hive Power
In July, I added 513.214 HP toward my goal of 25K. This allowed me to reach my goal. I've set a new goal of 27,500 HP for year end.
Through my diligent publishing of quality content daily when possible, I was able to earn approximately 3,188.321 Hive Power in seven months. This substantial increase pushed my total Hive Power to 25,111.046 as of July 31st.

HBD
As of July 31st, my HBD savings decreased substantially as I made an investment decision in June to liquidate all I'd earned in the past seven months by swapping it for liquid Hive at 5 times the conversion rate. Moving it offsite, I invested in other crypto and offline projects.
I started fresh on July 1st and will continue until year end.

DRIP
I used the amount purchased to add to a liquidity pool. According to @hivedrip, DRIP is a crypto-coin on the HIVE blockchain that invests in GameFI projects. By becoming a DRIP holder, you will receive:
(i) a daily dividend for holding DRIP; and (ii) reinvest the remainder of the profits in additional projects to increase their assets.
Swap.Hive daily at 12:30 AM UTC. Staked DRIP tokens in the amount of .25% will also be rewarded in liquid DRIP coins daily at that time.
@hivedrip states that this is a 149% APY. Holders are encouraged to stake coins daily to compound rewards.
Liquidity Pools
A diesel pool is a holding place where two tokens are paired together. These pairs provide liquidity to investors who want to swap between the two tokens. The two tokens are paired at a 50:50 ratio, initially calculated based on the market price of the tokens at the time of adding to the diesel pool. I have eight liquidity pool positions in my portfolio, having added the latest one for DRIP.
SPI's New 25,000 Subscription Plan
SPI will be available at a fixed price of 6 HIVE each, with a minimum subscription of 10 SPI, with payments of 1.5 HIVE over forty weeks. Payments will run from September 2024 to May 2025. The launch post will be published soon.

SPI's Current Subscription Savings Plan
I received my SPI Subscription Savings Plan Payouts No 1; 2; 3; 4, and 5. This exclusive sale of SPI is to Saturday Saver Club members only who are registered on the Savers Chart on the weekly Saturday Savers Club post. Members' purchases will be released to them monthly in 10 installments. SPI is a growth token which is now in its fifth year. The fund is managed by @silverstackeruk and pays a small weekly dividend approximately 9.6%. The fund expects to grow at least by 20% this year with over 30 investment streams.

EDSD
HBD-backed EDS is a growth Token. I try to invest weekly if possible. @eddie-earner states that the EDSD Token will be its last one released. The token is pegged and backed to 1 HBD each with unlimited mintage. The token will earn 50% of HBD interest as EDS tokens each week. This token is completely passive. XV
Only 43 weeks left in this investment. Investors, including myself, purchased XV tokens during a 10-week sale and became owners in a diversified portfolio of carefully selected top-ranked cryptocurrencies. EDS-Vote
EDS-vote is an account that people can delegate HIVE POWER to. I continue my commitment to delegate 2,500 HP. Currently, 315 EDS tokens were issued to @eds-vote delegators this week. In total eds-vote has minted 8,077 to date.
In return for my delegation, I receive EDS tokens each Monday. The delegated HP will be used to curate content on HIVE, including members of the Saturday Savers Club, and provide small upvotes for those that hold over 100 EDS tokens.
Reminder: delegating HIVE POWER to @eds-vote will not result in an upvote. This is not a delegation to upvote service. It is a way to distribute the remaining reallocated EDS into circulation. EDS tokens are HIVE income tokens that are pegged to 1 HIVE per token and pays out weekly dividends every Monday based on 12% of the total power up the balance of the @eddie-earner account. Saturday Savers Club Savers of the Week
Saturday Savers Club "Savers of the Week" is an awesome initiative. Each week @hoosie, writing on behalf of the @eddie-earner account, works diligently to choose four great posts from the Saturday Savers Club members. He then highlights them to the Hive platform. The weekly nominations receive awesome rewards for their hard work.
I became a sponsor of the initiative in rewarding members who are nominated with a small prize and Tip on their savings progress reports. It's a pleasure to assist in this program, and I hope to be able to continue through year-end.
