The weather is beginning to cool a bit as Fall approaches. For October, I'm participating again in Leo Power Up Day (LPUD) for the fifth consecutive month. This month, the total amount of my power up is 200.000 LEO. This power amount is down slightly up from September. My long term goal for Leo was to reach 1K by year end. Partly due to my slow but steady approach, my gain was also due to my participation in the Leo Power Up Day. After meeting my goal of 1,000 Leo Power. I increased it to 2,000.
LEO FINANCE
How powerful is your Leo? Myself, I'm only a small fish. However, in looking for ways to earn Leo, I considered the three basic options @khaleelkazi sets out in his post Answering Questions About Earning LEO and Talking LEO POWER Leases on LeoFi of (i) creating content & curating, (ii) the wrapped Leo Geiser pool, and (iii) Leo miners. I currently participate in two of those options, not having ventured into the Geiser pool.
Since late 2020, I delegated some of my Hive Power to LeoFinace. I'm satisfied with my 16% APR, paid daily. I intend to increase my delegation.
However, as previously announced, I finally made the decision this month to delegate some of my Leo Power. In looking at which LeoFinance projects eligible for my delegation, those that offer the best incentive in passive earnings to help grow my account and those that benefit Hive members overall are at the top of my list.
I decided on the following:
LeoFi. Did you know that LeoFinance has Leo Power leases? You can see them here LeoFi and participate if you see a lease you'd like to delegate to or REQUEST your own lease of other members' Leo power. I noticed that the current maximum APR on leases was 10.01. I decided to give it a try and delegate to 1 lease for the shortest duration.

Why I'm again powering up LEO in October?
I'm excited about learning new aspects of LeoFinance projects that I can participate in. My primary investments in the LeoFinance community has been on Hive. However, I'm researching other blockchains where I can utilize my Leo stake. After surpassing my Leo Power goal of 1,000 LEO, I'm now participating in my 5th power up, With my 200 Leo power up, My CURRENT STAKE will be 1,245.056.

What I think of the Leo Finance ecosystem?
LeoFinance is a blockchain-based community that builds applications on the Hive. The application I'm most familiar with is LeoFinance.io, which allows users and creators to engage and share content while earning cryptocurrency rewards. I subscribed to the Leo Finance Community in 2019.
Not being a crypto expert, my only finance articles deal with my participation in the Saturday Savers Club. From the Leo Finance Community, I discovered there's more than just publishing posts. You can participate in several ways:
i) Trade LEO and other Hive-based tokens on the LeoFinance exchange;
ii) Lease or delegate Leo on LeoFi;
iiI) Track Hive account statistics;
iv) Bring value back to the LEO token economy from ad buybacks by opting in to ads on LEO Apps;
v) Learn from the numerous resources available, including articles by community leaders and other knowledgeable content creators; then contribute your knowledge to Leo Finance's crypto-related educational resource; and
vi) When it becomes available, utilize Leo Finance's cross-chain token bridge to wrap LEO onto the Ethereum blockchain.
