Week 42 out of 52 - Headed Toward the Finish Line With (Week 10 of the Autumn Savings Challenge) | SATURDAY SAVERS CLUB

Hello everyone and welcome back. It's mid-month of October already. We're now in Week 42 of our 52 Weeks of 365 Days of Savings in the Saturday Savers Club. It's also Week 10 in our Autumn Savings Challenge. There's never a dull moment over on @eddie-earner's account in our Saturday meet ups Savings Club. Since the beginning of the year, we have covered numerous topics about tips on savings and investing.

Each week I share with you some of my activities in the Savings Club.

October NO-BUY Month

Since my September No-Buy Month was so successful in which I saved a whopping 30% of my monthly budget (equated to $900), I decided to give it another go for October. I published my mid-month status here, reporting a $100 savings so far. I'm a week away from making my first purchase with my new allowable expense for holiday decor gifts.

In the U.S., since they already announced low inventory and supply chain issues on holiday items, I went ahead and made several purchases due to arrive in a couple weeks. I'm glad I lowered my expectations to account for increased holiday spending.

20-week Autumn Savings Challenge

It's now Week 10 of my regular participation in the Autumn Savings Challenge. HBD savings is now up to 5.18 Hive for this week. That's a slightly moderate amount to be saving each week. I'm happy that I have the resources on Hive to achieve this level of saving. It's all due to my dedication as a content creator.

When will @susie-saver hit 1,000HP?

I think I may have missed the mark on my guess of [Saturday 13 November] when @susie-saver will reach 1,000HP. Wish me luck, though!

EDS Miner (EDSM) tokens

Only 559 Tokens remain. Remember, @eddie-earner advises that EDS tokens are a low-risk income token that generates guaranteed earnings of 12% annually.
