What is LBI?
The LeoBacked Investment (LBI) token is the first of its kind, the 1st token to be valued completely in LEO. Each LBI token represents a percentage ownership in the overall fund including all LEO, HIVE, off-chain and wallets operated by @lbi-token. The goal is to provide a community based and ran investment vehicle focused primarily on the LeoFinance community and LEO token. We provide a weekly LEO dividend payment to all token holders whilst also increasing the value of the LBI token slowly but consistently over the long term by only investing into things that will stand the test of time.
LBI is a long term HODL token based on SPI's model. Because these tokens are backed and valued in their primary assets, the value only increases. Think of it as putting $1000 in the bank and earning interest. In theory, you should never have fewer dollars. The $1000 is the LEO you give us to buy your LBI token and the interest is the earnings we produce with that LEO.
HIVE earning exploded this week as you can see so we'll get juicy dividends. There is a small delay in this weeks dividend but im sure all will resolved within the next 24 hours, the wallet is loaded, just need the exacuation to happen so hold tight :)
It's worth noting that I base our earnings on Saturday's crypto prices so depending on which way the markets are turning, these earnings could be off up 10% either way if things have been very unstable. I assume it'll even out over years.
Something i noticed is that LEO payments never came in on Friday for our leo.voter delegation and curation rewards. This would have been another 150-200 LEO, im sure it'll be paid out at some point but no payment today either so looks like we might get a lump of LEO in a few days.

Damn, this weeks earnings have broke the chart, im happy at 2000 LEO per week but we'll take 2500 if we can get it, lol
I found a small fault in one of my excel formulas on the the hive-engine holdings. I've fixed it now, sadly it does result in our HE tokens being worth a little less but better to fix a small problem before it turns into a big problem.
Even after fixing that small HE problem, we still came out this week with a growth of 7 thousand LEO.

This week's earnings have been crazy, i think the pump on HIVE will hit the breaks and chill out for a while now. from 80 cent to $2.70 is a hell of a run. Everything else has prob dropped a little in the past week. I'll prob convert some of the HIVEp we have on HE into LEO if the price drops to under 0.1 HIVE each.
I see the vote for the COSMOS investment went through so i've converted this week's CUB harvests into BUSD and we fund it this way. We'll aim to fund it with $500-1000 and see what's with it over the next 4-6 months. All in all, i's been good week. Would be nice to LEO's price do something but if HIVE is popping, we'll take that as well.
