I have been a player and/or investor in the "Hive" network for several years, I have been here for 8 years, but I would say that, in the last 6 years, I have been investing consistently in my work on the network and in the Dapps I believe in. Of course, one of those successful investments I can talk about and have documented on my Hive profile is Splinterlands. It is a game that has brought me a lot of joy and endless emotions, more good than bad, because clearly not everything is perfect.
But as a player and a constant creator of gaming content on the chain, I believe it is time to expand my horizons within the same network. Therefore, today I would like to share my goals and thoughts on how I plan to enter the ecosystem of "Arcade Colony," an innovative gaming platform with great growth potential, with a team that is working hard and wants to revolutionize the market for games based on blockchain technology.
This post is the start of a series of publications that will focus on other games in addition to Splinterlands in the Arcade Colony ecosystem, so today I will share some very positive news and my most recent investment in the ecosystem.
I have managed to get my first "Million $COLONY tokens."
As part of my plan to delve into the Arcade Colony ecosystem, I have decided to invest 1 million $COLONY tokens in the ecosystem and immediately place them in staking with the aim of supporting the platform and with other plans in mind that I will describe shortly. but not before showing my investment of 1,150 $HIVE, about $277 when I bought them a few days before the "Market Correction." In the following image, you can see the amount of $COLONY tokens I placed:
While it may not be a huge amount, I think it's great to start out on the Arcade Colony platform. However, I have other plans, which I'll tell you about in the next section. My focus goes a little beyond gaming, so I'm basically speculating on the growth of the entire ecosystem. Of course, NFA DYOR. However, if they continue to be this active and more users join and play their games, it's only a matter of time before they need $COLONY and/or $SCRIPT, and therefore the demand for these will skyrocket, increasing their price, and thus allowing me to join before the tide rises.
My plan and goals in the Arcade Colony ecosystem
In this section, I want to explain and/or detail my plans for the "Arcade Colony" ecosystem. This is a kind of roadmap that I will be following from now on, although of course without specific dates, as there are many factors that can influence this, and I don't want to give out incorrect information about when and how I will start this. However, what I do want you to see is that I have a clear plan that I want to follow, and that plan is as follows:
Playing Arcade Colony games: This is the first thing I will do or plan to do, and with this I will fully immerse myself in the ecosystem, and once again I will be investing time and resources (money) to earn rewards and, of course, have fun, because something very important is that if you are going to invest time in this, in playing I mean, you should think about having fun, and that's why they are games, right?
Moon Carts: This is the first game I plan to play. It's my favorite of all the games that are part of the "Arcade Colony" ecosystem, so the first thing I'll do is dive into this game, which, in fact, I already have a post almost ready explaining everything about it, especially for those new to the ecosystem who want to explore how it works, what benefits it brings, and something I think is very important, which is the game itself—whether it's fun and entertaining.
Final thoughts
For now, this is my little roadmap in the "Arcade Colony" ecosystem. I will be documenting all my progress, as well as explaining and serving as an ambassador for the project for newcomers, because I know that those who are just starting out want a clear tutorial on how it works and a step-by-step guide, and I am willing to do that. Also, as I said, I am about to finish, so expect it soon.
