50K Hive Power Surpassed, Hive and My Road From Dolphin to Orca + My 2023 Hive Recap + My 2024 Hive Goals!
Today is January 1, 2024 and a new year has begun.
I wish everyone a happy new year and hope that this new year can be a better year than 2023 for Hive and for all blockchain projects that deserve in my opinion more consideration and importance especially from governments that often tax and regulate sectors that they do not know (like the blockchain project sector) in a wrong and superficial way because they are simply not used to study in depth what they do not know.
My greatest hope for 2024 is that the wars in the world can end and that peace and serenity can erase the horrors of wars.
The first day of the year is the perfect time for me to make balances and evaluations and it is also the perfect time for me to set new and inspiring goals.
In this post, my focus is on Hive, which after almost five years of my joining is still my favorite blockchain project and is also the only Web 3.0 place I like to be and spend my time.
I discovered Hive in 2019 and on March 5, 2019 I started my adventure on Hive.
During these years on Hive I have always had the same goal: to increase my weight and influence = increase my Hive Power = HIVE staked.
On Hive my short term goal is to acquire Orca status while my medium to long term goal is to reach an amount of 100K Hive Power (HP).
On Hive at certain amounts of Hive Power (HP) you acquire a status.

My current status is Dolphin status but my goal is to become a Orca in the shortest time possible
Today January 1, 2024 in my wallet I have 49502.90 HP.
Today January 1, 2024 acquiring Orca status is equivalent to having 57327 HP while on November 1, 2023, 57186 HP was required.
Over the course of 2023, in order to monitor my progress toward Orca status and to self-motivate myself at each beginning of the month, I constructed a table in which I marked my monthly Hive Power increases.
December 2023 was a very good month for me and for my accumulation goals on Hive because I recorded my third best monthly HP increase of the year 2023: +1589.90 HP
In December, I also took a further step toward Orca status (completion percentage: 86.35%)
Today January 1, 2024 is also the first Hive Power Up Day (HPUD) of the year 2024.
In 2023, I participated in all HPUDs and received 12 out of 12 badges within the Power Up section of https://hivebuzz.me/@libertycrypto27.
One of my goals for 2024 will be to repeat myself and manage to participate again in all HPUDs in 2024 as I did in 2023.
For the year 2024 I would also like to start with a round-digit amount of HP: 50K HP.
For this reason today I did a conversion of HBD tokens to HIVE tokens using the SWAPS feature of Hive Keychain which is really a useful and easy to use feature even for a new user.

Using the liquid HIVEs I had in my wallet and the HIVEs I obtained today by converting HBD tokens to HIVEs, I did a Hive Power Up = +500 HP.
Today I also created the new table for 2024 that will help me track my progress month by month and also help me self-motivate month by month.

Today I used this tool and show you all my results for the year 2023.
In the year 2023 I published 262 posts and 0 videos.
In the year 2024 I plan to buy a new, high performance Personal Computer and I would like to start exploring the world of video editing as well.
The total income I have earned from my posting + curation activity is = 9413$
The communities where I have posted the most are:
- Olio di Balena (where I am also a moderator)
- Leofinance which with the rebrand became Inleo
- Hive Gaming (I have a great passion for blockchain-based games)
I also liked to look at my posts that received the most support because I found many posts where I enjoyed writing them but also put a lot of effort and also time into writing them.
At the first place is the post I wrote about the new and interesting developing project that is @holozing (https://holozing.com/) in which I explained the mechanisms that govern liquidity pools and shared my investment in the liquidity pool: ZING:SWAP.HIVE
In second and third place are two posts that have as their topic two Hive games that I really like: Splinterlands and Quest For Stoken

I thank all of these accounts because their support has been a great and important incentive to continue interacting and posting content on Hive but most importantly it has been an incentive to spur me to do better and try to improve my content.
Of course I also and equally thank all the smaller accounts or new users who follow me and comment on my posts because they too equally are a great incentive and support for me.

My Resolutions and Hive Goals for the year 2024
My main goal on Hive for the year 2024 will be to increase my Hive Power even more.
I would like to reach the threshold of 75K HP by the end of the year 2024 although it will not be an easy goal to achieve because I should gain 5000 more HP than in the year 2023.
In the year 2024 I would also like to enter the top 300 Hive users with the most HP but even this goal will not be easy to achieve.
In 2024 I would also like to increase my interaction level by reaching a Comemnts/Posts ratio >= 20.
Since I am on Hive I have often received questions from new users about how to grow fast on Hive.
The two elements I consider most important for growing on Hive are in order of importance:
- interaction
- consistency in posting
These two elements are strongly interrelated but interaction is in my opinion the most important element.
If you are a new Hive user, I recommend that you always give a lot of importance to interaction and try to maintain a comments/posts ratio of at least 10/1.
To date January 1, 2024 I have posted 1548 posts and 24857 comments and my comments/posts ratio = 16.05
To reach my interaction-related goal for 2024 I will have to increase this ratio by almost four units.
Even this will not be an easy goal to achieve because in 2023 I improved my Comments/Posts ratio by +1.76%.
I have many other goals that I would like to achieve in 2024 and many involve playable Hive Games and also Hive Games not yet playable but in development but I will share these goals in my Hive Games related posts.
My goals on Hive for 2024 will all be difficult goals to achieve but at the same time they will be challenging and fun goals because posting, interacting on Hive, and playing Hive Games are activities that I enjoy doing so much!
I conclude this post with a small focus on the market value of the HIVE token in a 1-year time frame.
On January 1, 2023 1 HIVE = $0.259
Today January 1, 2024 1 HIVE = $0.367
In a time interval of 365 days the HIVE token increased its value = +$0.10 = +41.70%

50K Hive Power Superato, il mio Resoconto del 2023 e i miei Obiettivi per il 2024
Oggi è il primo 1 gennaio 2024 e un nuovo anno è iniziato.
Auguro a tutti un buon anno e spero che questo nuovo anno possa essere un anno migliore del 2023 per Hive e per tutti i progetti blockchain che meritano secondo me una maggiore considerazione e una maggiore importanza soprattutto da parte dei governi che spesso tassano e regolamentano settori che non conoscono (come il settore dei progetti blockchain) in modo sbagliato e superficiale perchè semplicemente non sono abituati a studiare in modo approfondito quello che non conoscono.
La mia più grande speranza per il 2024 è che le guerre nel mondo possano terminare e che la pace e la serenità possano cancellare gli orrori delle guerre.
Il primo giorno dell'anno è il momento perfetto per me per fare bilanci e valutazioni ed è anche il momento perfetto per me per fissare nuovi e stimolanti obiettivi.
In questo post il mio focus e su Hive che dopo quasi cinque anni dalla mia iscrizione è sempre il mio progetto blockchain preferito ed è anche l'unico posto web 3.0 in cui mi piace essere e in cui mi piace dedicare il mio tempo.
Ho scoperto Hive nel 2019 e il 5 marzo 2019 ho iniziato la mia avventura su Hive.
In questi anni su Hive ho sempre avuto lo stesso obiettivo: aumentare il mio peso e la mia influenza = aumentare il mio Hive Power = HIVE staked.
Su Hive il mio obiettivo di breve termine è acquisire lo status di Orca mentre il mio obiettivo di medio-lungo termine è raggiungere un quantitativo di 100K Hive Power (HP).
Su Hive a determinati quantitativi di Hive Power (HP) si acquisisce uno status.

Il mio status attuale è lo status di Delfino ma il mio obiettivo è di diventare un Orca nel minore tempo possibile per poi inseguire il sogno di diventare una Balena.
Ho usato il termine sogno perchè diventare una balena sarà molto difficile e richiederà molto tempo.
Oggi 1 gennaio 2024 nel mio wallet ho 49502.90 HP.
Oggi 1 gennaio 2024 acquisire lo status di Orca equivale ad avere 57327 HP mentre il 1 novembre 2023 erano necessari 57186 HP.
Nel corso del 2023, per monitorare i miei progressi verso lo status di Orca e per automotivarmi ad ogni inizio mese ho costruito una tabella in cui ho segnato ad ogni inizio mese i miei incrementi mensili di Hive Power.
Il mese di dicembre 2023 è stato un mese molto positivo per me e per i miei obiettivi di accumulo su Hive perchè ho registrato il mio terzo migliore incremento mensile di HP dell'anno 2023: +1589.90 HP
Nel mese di dicembre ho fatto un ulteriore passo in avanti anche verso lo status di Orca (percentuale di completamento: 86.35%)
Oggi 1 gennaio 2024 è anche il giorno del primo Hive Power Up Day (HPUD) dell'anno 2024.
Nel 2023 ho partecipato a tutti gli HPUD e ho ricevuto 12 badges su 12 all'interno della sezione Power Up di https://hivebuzz.me/@libertycrypto27.
Uno dei miei obiettivi per il 2024 sarà quello di ripetermi e riusciere a partecipare nuovamente a tutti gli HPUD anche nel 2024 come ho fatto nel 2023.
Per l'anno 2024 vorrei anche partire con un quantitativo di HP a cifra tonda: 50K HP.
Per questo motivo oggi ho fatto una conversione di token HBD in token HIVE utilizzando la funzionalità SWAPS di Hive Keychain che è davvero una funzionalità utile e semplice da utilizzare anche per un nuovo utente.

I miei Propositi e i miei obiettivi per l'anno 2024
Il mio obiettivo principale su Hive per l'anno 2024 sarà di aumentare il mio Hive Power ancora di più.
Mi piacerebbe raggiungere la soglia di 75K HP entro la fine dell'anno 2024 anche se non sarà un obiettivo facile da raggiungere perchè dovrei guadagnare 5000 HP in più rispetto all'anno 2023.
Nel 2024 mi piacerebbe anche entrare nella top 300 degli utenti di Hive con più HP ma anche questo obiettivo non sarà facile da raggiungere.
Nel 2024 mi piacerebbe anche aumentare il mio livello di interazione raggiungendo un rapporto Comemnts/Posts >= 20.
Da quando sono su Hive ho spesso ricevuto delle domande dai nuovi utenti su come crescere velocemente su Hive.
I due elementi che considero più importanti per crescere su Hive sono in ordine di importanza:
- interazione
- consistenza nella pubblicazione
Questi due elementi sono fortemente collegati tra di loro ma l'interazione è secondo me l'elemento più importante.
Se sei un nuovo utente di Hive ti consiglio di dare sempre molta importanza all'interazione e di cercare di mantenere un rapporto commenti/posts di almeno 10/1.
Fino ad oggi 1 gennaio 2024 ho pubblicato 1548 posts e 24857 commenti e il mio rapporto Posts/Commenti = 16.05
Per raggiungere il mio obiettivo relativo all'interazione per il 2024 dovrò aumentare questo rapporto di quasi quattro unità.
Anche questo non sarà un obiettivo facile da raggiungere perchè nel 2023 ho migliorato il mio rapporto Comments/Posts di +1.76%.
Ho tanti altri obiettivi che vorrei raggiungere nel 2024 e molti riguardano gli Hive Games giocabili e anche gli Hive Games non ancora giocabili ma in fase di sviluppo ma condividerò questi obiettivi nei miei posts relativi agli Hive Games.
I miei obiettivi su Hive per il 2024 saranno tutti obiettivi difficili da raggiungere ma allo stesso tempo saranno obiettivi stimolanti e divertenti perchè pubblicare, interagire su Hive e giocare agli Hive Games sono attività che mi piace tanto fare!
Concludo questo post con un piccolo focus sul valore di mercato del token HIVE in un intervallo di tempo di 1 anno.
