Money Making Money
The vast majority of people across this world simply have neither the means nor the access to take advantage of TradFi (traditional finance) opportunities. Is that true of DeFi (decentralized finance) opportunities?
NO!
This account has been created by friends of a small group of people in eastern Venezuela. With the goal of not only providing them some TradFi support, but also to introduce them to the limitless possibilities available to them via DeFi.
Note: The more general introductory post can be found here. This post will focus more in depth on the financial aspects of this new account.
The protocol selected for this "learning opportunity?" Based on the experience of the friends of these people, there was no better DeFi protocol known than EMP Money. Much as the U. S. dollar was once backed by gold, EMP is backed by Ethereum.
If there is to be any future in crypto at all, all signs point to Ethereum playing a key role in it. To the friends of these people, there was no better known way to take advantage of investing in Ethereum than EMP Money.
It is a well-known practice to celebrate the first dollar earned, after the launch of a new enterprise. Once its seed funds were put to "work" in EMP Money's "cornerstone" LP / YF (liquidity pool / yield farm), Life.Bank achieved this milestone in 4 days!
EMP Money has a number of integrated components which are all working together to provide the results it has been producing for over 6 months. And their development team is continually rolling out new advances, not resting on their laurels!

When you plant the seeds (EMP) into the soil (ETH) you produce the crops (ESHAREs).
The crops (ESHAREs) produce more seeds (EMP) for planting into fresh soil (ETH).
The crops (ESHAREs) can be used to rebuild the soil (ETH) to plant more seeds (EMP).
The crops (ESHAREs) can also be sold at the market for profit.

Time and Talent Making Money
In addition to helping them see the potential of DeFi for their future vision of what can be, they also have been provided support for their TradFi efforts - starting a new enterprise. Focused on bread making, pastries, and sweets!

Did they need 10s of 1,000s of dollars? No. 1,000s of dollars? No. $100!
Provision of these funds was deemed to be sufficient to launch their inspired enterprise, in an effort to generate income to help those in physical need around them. And talk to them about spiritual needs as well, if the opportunity presents itself.
So, with the provision of these funds, a "micro" enterprise is in the process, as this is written, of being brought to life!
Driven to Speculation
Beyond this trading of "sweat equity" for money, which is a well-known and understood aspect of TradFi around the world, what about setting some of the profits aside? In savings accounts? Paying interest?
Our forefathers used to do this, if they had any hope of establishing a "nest egg," for their "golden years." Or, short of that, perhaps savings for starting a new business. Or buying a home. Or ?...?
How is that working out today? What do interest rates look like on savings accounts in America, based on the reserve currency of planet Earth?
- Good news: Credit unions, financial cooperatives of member-owners, have APYs that are 5X those of the "wealthy" clients of Bank of America!
- Bad news: 0.25% is not even remotely close to covering even the loss of the value of U. S. dollars due to inflation. Let alone provide any "profit" ...
With almost no exception (is there one? anywhere?) these days, we live in countries that seem to be ...
... hell-bent on destroying the value of their currencies,
via endless rounds of printing ever
larger amounts of it!
How is that working out, so far? Ohhh ... Not so good? Well ... How about tomorrow? What would our first guess be?
With the reserve currency of planet Earth, it is bad enough in America. How about in other countries? Particularly Venezuela? You already know the answer, dear reader.
Investing in crypto, in general, and DeFi, in particular, is risky. There is no getting around it. Many would never chose to take such risks, if more "tried and true" (sound and conservative) alternatives were available.
Blockchain technology has undeniable potential. One which most would agree is in only the very early days of being realized.
If we are driven to speculate on this then, there are arguably few, if any, more sound and conservative crypto investments to make than into ETH (Ethereum). And EMP Money provides a brilliantly conceived platform for making the most of it!
Hope on the Horizon
Beyond trading their time and talents, backs and brains, for money, these people now have the opportunity to experience their "money making money!" How much hope will be derived from this experience?
If the creation of this account results in changing the trajectory through life of even one person, it will have been time and effort well invested! Will that happen? Where will it ultimately lead?
The answers to these important questions? We do not know.
As we continue on with this new venture, our faith is in the One who does know!
Providing hope to others has great power. And we simply can never know where an individual act of kindness or word of encouragement might lead in providing it to the recipient.
The creation of this account is a step of faith. In providing "seeds" of hope, for its beneficiaries. What "fruit" will ultimately come of it? Over the weeks and months to come, we look forward to finding out!

Dinero Haciendo Dinero
La inmensa mayoría de las personas de este mundo simplemente no tienen ni los medios ni el acceso para aprovechar las oportunidades de TradFi (finanzas tradicionales). ¿Es eso cierto para las oportunidades DeFi (finanzas descentralizadas)?
¡NO!
Esta cuenta ha sido creada por los amigos de un pequeño grupo de personas del este de Venezuela. Con el objetivo no sólo de proporcionarles un poco de apoyo de TradFi, sino también de presentarles las posibilidades ilimitadas que tienen a su disposición a través de DeFi.

Nuestros antepasados solían hacer esto, si tenían alguna esperanza de establecer un "nido de huevos", para sus "años dorados". O, a falta de eso, tal vez ahorrar para iniciar un nuevo negocio. O para comprar una casa. ¿O...?
¿Cómo funciona eso hoy en día? ¿Cómo son los tipos de interés de las cuentas de ahorro en Estados Unidos, basados en la moneda de reserva del planeta Tierra?
- Buenas noticias: ¡Las cooperativas de crédito, cooperativas financieras de socios-propietarios, tienen APYs que son 5X los de los clientes "ricos" de Bank of America!
- Malas noticias: El 0,25% no está ni remotamente cerca de cubrir siquiera la pérdida del valor de los dólares estadounidenses debido a la inflación. Y mucho menos proporcionar cualquier "beneficio" ...
Sin casi ninguna excepción (¿hay alguna? ¿en algún lugar?) en estos días, vivimos en países que parecen ser ...
... empeñados en destruir el valor de sus monedas,

¿Cómo está funcionando, hasta ahora? Ohhh... ¿No es tan bueno? Bueno... ¿Qué tal mañana? ¿Cuál sería nuestra primera suposición?
Con la moneda de reserva del planeta Tierra, ya es bastante malo en Estados Unidos. ¿Qué tal en otros países? ¿En particular en Venezuela? Usted ya sabe la respuesta, querido lector.
Invertir en cripto, en general, y en DeFi, en particular, es arriesgado. No hay forma de evitarlo. Muchos nunca optarían por asumir tales riesgos, si existieran alternativas más "probadas y verdaderas" (sólidas y conservadoras).
La tecnología Blockchain tiene un potencial innegable. Un potencial que la mayoría estaría de acuerdo en que sólo está en los primeros días de ser realizado.
Si nos vemos impulsados a especular sobre esto, podría decirse que hay pocas inversiones criptográficas más sólidas y conservadoras que en ETH (Ethereum). Y EMP Money ofrece una plataforma brillantemente concebida para sacarle el máximo partido.
Esperanza en el Horizonte
Más allá de intercambiar su tiempo y sus talentos, sus espaldas y sus cerebros, por dinero, estas personas tienen ahora la oportunidad de experimentar su "¡dinero haciendo dinero!" ¿Cuánta esperanza se derivará de esta experiencia?

¿Las respuestas a estas importantes preguntas? No lo sabemos.
