Community Makes Any Project Alive
Can you imagine A project without a community? Let's say there is a project with Token and great protocol, but no community. You can see that it is not gonna work because the community is the backbone of any project. People make any project alive. When it comes to the new decisions, it is talked about in the communities like Discord and telegram, or x It goes Through Proposal voting because people vote for the proposal and then are funded from the Decentralized Autonomous Organisation, meaning DAO. Because the project is made for the people, People should have the right to see things regarding new changes and make changes according to them. Here I am talking about a proposal voting, and as a Hive user, you know very well about it.
If any project has a strong Web3 community, it means it has become the soul of that project. No one likes to stay and work in the Ghost chain or project. Even with a decentralised project, there are watchers and a team that make changes. The team elected by the people makes changes, but the community puts pressure on for better work. And when a project is good, then the community surely stays with the project even in the bear season, so people will stay even if the price falls.
The Web 3 crowd is not just an audience, but it is a participant
Unlike traditional businesses, the Web 3 crowd is not just an audience, but it is a participant. They are not customers, but owners. This is the difference between traditional businesses and the Web 3 Industry. So any web3 project founders team ignores the community, and the project falls easily. In the web3 industry, decentralisation is a great push.
In the hive community, you can see users freely contribute to development because these people believe in building for the long term.
