Hier wäre es für sie tatsächlich besser gewesen, hätte sie die BTC auf einem Exchange gehabt, denn dann könnte sie jetzt noch an diese ran kommen. Selbst wenn sie die Zugangsdaten nicht mehr hätte, weil sie diese beim Brand verloren hat, so hätte sie sicherlich die Möglichkeit an diese zu kommen (z.B. Passwort zurücksetzen)...
Hier heißt es eher: Sichere deine Keys an zwei voneinander unabhängigen sicheren Orten ab.
Z.B. daheim im Safe und in einem Schließfach in einer Bank.
