A month ago, I debated if it was time to pull the plug on my SPS stake and move it to HBD, since the APR on SPS has dropped lower than the APR on SPS.
Here's a link to that article. /@@methodofmad/sps-returns-less-apr-than-hbd-time-to-make-a-change
I think it was a pretty smart move. SPS was at $0.02 then and now it's $0.0164

That new price low pushes the APR on SPS down some more to 18%. HBD is still paying 20%. And there's another factor to consider. SPS is continuing to decline in value why HBD remains the same value. One could argue that SPS has the ability to appreciate why HBD does not. Which is true, but the SPS chart is pretty ugly.

There hasn't been any big ups in a long time on SPS. I think if there's a run-up, I will have time to repurchase.
Which brings me to my next dilemma. I purchased SPS Validator Node License on Tribaldex a while ago. The licenses are worth about 50% of where I purchased, but the licenses generate SPS and vouchers everyday.
Each license makes about 20 SPS and 4 vouchers a day. So at current market prices, that translates into a 35% APR if I had purchased at today's current price for licenses. My actual APR is about 16.5% since I bought in around $1,000 each. My choice is hold the licenses and hope SPS rebounds, and then the licenses value will rebound as well; or sell the licenses at a loss and move that money into HBD or Hive? My thought is Hive is more likely to exceed a 20% increase in value in the next few months, than SPS.
Any thoughts?
Is there something on the horizon that will kickstart SPS value? Anybody know if licenses will start generating more return or maybe DEC in the future? I try to follow the townhalls, but it seems like every announcement is about a new product/crypto to buy without any value being added to existing products/crypto. Maybe I missed something?
