As I suggested in this article, the possibility of exploiting NTFs in real estate may represent the conquest of a real frontier, offering the access to everybody being able to engage their savings to have a reward.
Obviously, the possibility is offered to everyone, but not everyone has the necessary preparation to be able to access.

The BREE (Board of Real Estate Experts)
The BREE is an internal corporate body that screens all projects and performs due diligence for the subsequent onboarding of investors.
Through the work of this BREE, the company decides which projects to finance and gives investors the opportunity to invest in safe projects.
The project also came to life thanks to the partnership with Hamubay.
Through this collaboration Unirealchain has found a strategic partner but also a pilot project to be able to implement real estate tokenization through NFT.
Obviously the collaboration is on all fronts, in fact some experts from Hamubay's BREE will become part of Unirealchain's BREE which is captained by Mr. Tony Than Nguyen, with well over 13 years of experience in the real estate world as well as being president of Wellcome Real Estate.
The NFT
The advent of Non-Substitutable Tokens has brought with it a real innovation in blockchain technology.
Starting with the fact that every real asset is representable through a token, if we "give" this token the ability to be unique, that's it.
With an NFT I can represent a work of art, or anything else that is unique!
I even made a video about it.
So through an NFT you can represent real estate or divide the entire building into a commercial unit such as a sqft.
This was the intuition of UNR, but I have already told you about this, let's see more in detail what it is all about.
THE IDO
We have all heard about (if not even participated in) ICOs, on the same principle IDOs are based.
The main difference is that in the ICO the price of the token is not defined until the closing of the transaction, while in the IDO the price is defined immediately through the supply and demand curve.
This process is, of course, controlled by an AMM (Automated Market Marker) that limits the volatility of the token.
Attention, limiting volatility does not mean transforming the token into a stable-coin, in fact the price is not anchored to any real asset.
AMMs also ward off the somewhat unfair actions of "whales": selling a large amount of tokens would cause the price to plummet, while a very substantial purchase would cause it to skyrocket.
The fact that the token is listed immediately gives investors immediate access to liquidity and trading: this facilitates the launch of the project.
A bit of history
The first IDO was in 2019 by Raven using the Exchange Binance DEX.
Through the protocol, the token was entered at a certain price and could be purchased until the defined supply was exhausted.
The supply, however, in a few moments was pulverized due to the purchase operations managed by the bots; leaving out of the game many investors who were not able to grab even one token!
To prevent this unfair process, Launchpads were created.
Within this Launchpad, projects are screened before promoting the IDO by analyzing the White Paper.
In order to participate, investors must be placed on a white list that is compiled based on the platform tokens they own.
Then, depending on the launchpad, a draw is conducted among all those eligible.
To maximize fairness, some launchpads impose a stop period between participation in one IDO and another.

The real innovation, given the difficulty in finding investors, is the lowering of the entry threshold to $100.
With the lowering of this threshold, the number of investors increases and the risk on the part of the investors decreases, as the blocked capital is lower.

The wallet is decentralized and integrates all major coins and blockchains. We can exchange Bitcoin, Ethereum, ERC-20 tokens both on ETH blockchain and BSC (Binance Smart Chain) Sol, Dot and TRC-20.
