My love for adventure and desire for financial freedom has led me down the Meme rabbit hole,

I’ve been casually mentioning that I aped into a new meme coin on Splinterlands but I haven’t really said much about it, today I shall.

it’s the first one actually, Aped into something was a term coined during the nft craze when people bought every NFT that had APE 🦍 in it and made shit ton of money,

so the frenzy was, I Aped into this, I Aped into that, bla bla bla you know the rest of the story.

So just the other day, this Splinterlands dev came up and was like let’s do a Meme coined by the Splinterlands community and ride the meme wave with the rest of the broader meme crypto community, and I’m like why not.

So it begins

I remember writing a post about a month ago titled “Wen Memes on Hive” and now it seems like it was either a peek into the future at that time or someone did hear me.

So this Splinterlands dev goes by Cryptoeater, has a better understanding of how meme works, at least to an extent,

the name of the Meme will be PUSH, the outline is really long but I tried to read all of it and firstly,

…I realized why I couldn’t develop a meme token by myself, it’s a little bit more complex than I thought, secondly, the ground work is hectic, rallying the community for backing without some influence is a pipe dream.

Community

But cryptoeater seems to be doing quite well at handling those things, you should see the amount of community support he’s rallied so far 🤯 I’ll just stick to writing.

So I bought the idea, firstly because I’ve been looking forward to it and secondly because it’s a rare opportunity to be part of the first set of people to invest at seed stage.

I invested about $35 with the hopes to turn it to $3500, yeah wishful thinking I know, but we are talking about Memes here and their reputation of doing such numbers precedes them. What if?

Just what if it works as I thought, what if it garners enough momentum and acceptance? What if it actually does pump like crazy?

Up horrendously

Before answering those questions let me give you a quick back story, about 2 weeks ago I was playing around charts and a certain chart caught my eyes,

I tweeted about it and I threw in about $12, today, I’m up horrendously, okay maybe not horrendously but I’m up up…

Now I wish I’d bought more, and that exactly is the problem my frens, we are in the season of “I wish I’d bought more”, when numbers keep going up horrendously, that little risk you took ends up becoming too little. Especially when it comes to Memes.

But back to $PUSH, I very much feel like the same sentiment is going to happen to me with my little $35 investment.

But I’m super reluctant to do anything more because I’m usually not a meme kinda person, but then again I’m really reconsidering moving differently this period.

Change is constant

Even Bitcoin is moving differently this period, this is the first time ever that bitcoins price will make a new all time high before the halving so who am I to remain the same?

So, here I am, caught in the tug-of-war between my usual cautious self and this newfound daring persona, egged on by the wild successes of meme investments.

It's a strange place to be, teetering on the edge of what could either be a brilliant move or a spectacular facepalm moment.

Yet, the allure of "what if" keeps me hanging on. What if $PUSH becomes the next big meme sensation? What if my modest $35 balloons into a figure that I can barely comprehend?

Dare to Dream

It's the magic of the meme coin market – unpredictable, volatile, and absurdly rewarding for those who dare to dream.

In this crypto bull run, we're rewriting the rules, and Bitcoin setting a new ATH before the halving is just the tip of the iceberg.

Sometimes, you just have to ride the wave, embrace the madness, and let the chips fall where they may.

After all, in the realm of crypto and memes, the only certainty is uncertainty, and sometimes, that's where the real magic happens.
