Alcohol is seen as a drink which affect the brain when wrongly used. It brings about a change of metal ability.Alcohol is made for people who are up to the age of 18 and above to avoid the misuse of it.
Whether 18 or above, alcohol is meant to be taken appropriately and moderately and not in excess or overdose.
If someone loves taking alcohol as his or her own choice of drink,it should be taken with pure precaution, drinking the one your head can carry.
Many today takes alcohol to help forget their worries and co, not knowing that they are damaging their immune system.and after getting drunk in the process, some will fall inside water, some will not remember anything, some will vomit till they loose strength, after going through all these dangers then few hours later,the alcohol has expired in the body and their sorrows and everything are still unchanged.
Studies have shown that alcohol has damaged and even killed many.We aren't saying that no one should take alcohol but we are begging on those who are not up to age to leave it till they are up to age and those who are up to age should drink moderately.
Alcohol is a harsh ingredients mostly found in beers,drinks,wine, and liquor. Alcohol is produced by mixing yeast, sugar and other starches. Studies have showed that alcohol has a very bad effect to the digestive system.
Excessive use of alcohol can lead to the increase of risk of health problems such as injuries, violence,cancer and liver diseases.
It's good to say that alcohol is both a tonic and a poison. The difference lies mostly in the dose.
Moderate drinking is good for the brain and heart. Drinking too much on a single occasion can take a serious toil on your health which can lead to death if care is not taken.
Alcohol can cause both short and long term effects including causing a weakness of the immune system. Alcohol is among the most used drugs and it plays a large role in many cultures and societies around the world,it also impact greatly on public health.
When someone is addicted to alcohol,it is said that the person is associated with the compulsory drinking of alcohol,the loss of control over intake of alcohol and the emergence of a negative emotional state when alcohol is no longer at reach.
Alcohol addiction can be caused mostly by, drinking at early age, when someone is not up to 18 as required before drinking alcohol can lead to alcohol addiction.
Alcohol addiction can also be caused by Genetic and family history of alcohol problems.
Lastly alcohol addiction can also be caused by Mental health conditions or a history of trauma.
Alcohol can also be defined as an intoxicating ingredient and it is always seen in different drink's and many people love to that it both youths and adults and may now find pressure in it and it serves as enjoyment to them, most people can't stay without drinking alcoholic substance. And many drinks it for different reasons and this reasons might not be valid but it seems right to them and the value the alcohol most times more than food.
Although that despite the fact that alcohol has its negative effects, it still has positive ones like for example, if one take alcohol it most times help in digestion and can help reduce stress and over thinking, most people find relief and comfort after drinking alcoholic substance. We can also take alcohol when spending time with friends and family, so alcohol can be used for recreational activities and other social activities to lighten up the occasion. But the negative part is that most people take large amounts of alcohol as a result become drunk, most accidents we see to is as a result of drunk drivers. Personally I have seen some drivers misusing alcohol when on duty and this is very lives because it can cost life.
