Better life is a quest for everybody but the definition of better life differs from one individual to another. this topic are often discussed with neighbors colleagues families and friends. for me I like to discuss the topic with friends or even strangers because it's of utmost importance. Happy life can be achieved if we apply certain things in our life and knowing some important facts that can help us to run our lives smoothly is very important .first spirituality, spirituality is one of the most important thing we need in life because as humans we have the innermost desire to know something greater, something bigger and something powerful.human beings believe in a greater being. so In asmuch as you cannot ignore your spiritual need ,spirituality enhance our life to be better. For me spiritual care is very vital because it helps to boost my inner mind and capabilities. I care for my spiritual heart through this means prayer, meditation, engaging a spiritual activities like reading the Bible preaching the word of god studying the Bible observing the nature and reflection. I also do that by practicing my faith through these means, helping the needy ones volunteering in Christian works like construction of new house of God singing praises, donation to help the orphanage, as spiritually motivating an unlifting the downhearted.
These things I mention above helps me to type the principles of what I learned to heart it makes you eat easier for me to practice what I believe and makes me happy because happy are those conscious of their spiritual need (Matthew 5:3).prayer is one of the most important means of having a happy life because it's a way by which we communicate with our creator and as a Christian I said aside time to pray during Christian meetings before studying the Bible and after studying the Bible.
I also engaged in singing phrases to God and also associating with my fellow believers as we encourage or uplift each other.another thing that can help us to have a better life is taking time to observe nature nature give source a true sense of what life is all about. When we observe nature and meditate on so many of the qualities and beauties and the abilities that are best stored in them we are down for help to make the date and imagine the live will live which in turn Jesus away to have a better life because it is connected to the live we live.
How do you feel when you visit a beach ? You will not doubt be marveled by the the way the water travels and come back with great peace.the color and the vast area the water occupies makes conducive for us to enjoy I feel relaxed. Yet those are just the outer part the water that we are seeing.I believe there are more to eat than we know because if we should go underneath the sand, the depth of the water and the literally to organisms that live inside, Are also Worth thinking about. Secondly it's refreshes our natural body and happens to our delightful mind and is good on our psychological health. During my last visit to my hometown I took out time to visit some bushes for observation of nature. To explore my widest imagination. There in the bush, I saw many things which includes different species of birds , animals like Jaguar leopard squirrels monkeys and many other animals I also saw trees that have lived thousands of years those trees and their trunks are so big that can cover five acres of land.many vegetations also finding their way climbing all the way to the three top and forming a very beautifull canopy inside the bush. When the sun sets, it shines on top of the trees and makes a very beautiful shed inside the bush.all these things were delightful to watch because the animals had no roof on top of their head but they have a means of survival and have a means of coexistence and co_ habitation in the bush where they live. Now we standing the fact that some of them are mighty while someone we can. Observing all those things were delightful to me and brought peace to my mind because seeing how they live together their sounds their sides each other makes me happy and I began to think about my life as being very important desperate my financial capability.moreover I became fond of the things I saw in the bush this shows that we had a connectedness between us and nature.
Secondly when we talk about a better life we'll talk about work.work is another thing that can help us to achieve a better life because when we work we see a means to earn a living and to take care of our responsibilities and commitments. That is why we hear this popular saying an idle man is a word devil's workshop".when we don't work we are less happy ,we are stressed, looking for another way of which we can get means of our survivor which makes our life difficult .but if with work, we see a means of helping ourselves and those who needs our help. In my case I can testify to this saying because when I lost my job I was depressed, I was over thinking .how can I take care of my family? Take care my self? Buy things I need? Or even take care,of my health?All these things makes my life to be terrible at that time but when I got a job I was able to take care of any commitments and responsibilities I had. I was glad because it gives me a feeling of value in life that I'm worth something.
We cannot talk about work without talking about money.
Money is a necessity and we use money to take care of our needs.but we should be careful not to make money our priority because if you do we will ignore so many other important aspect of life like family love and support.those who use all their might and all their time and all they've got to chase money and less happy because money is never enough!
but I found out that whenever I have a little that can be enough for me and my family ,I am vibrant.
Yes we cannot talk about a better life without also talking about health. Our health can never be underestimated with. good health we can
imagine a better life.
In conclusion though my definition of better life may differ from many others. to me better life is peaceful and simple. Not lacking and not much hustle . Better life,Is a life whereby our physical and spiritual health are intact and well cared for.
For the past few years I found out that I'm living a better life because my health is intact.I have a job that earns me a enough money to take care of myself and my responsibilities.have the love and support from my family. I care for my spiritual need by practicing what I believe and helping others. I take time to observe and reflect on nature itself. These have make my life to run smoothly and peacefully.
So if you are yarning for a better life you should have a balanced view of money, have a work or skill you do to earn a living from, take care of your responsibilities, observe nature and meditate. Most important,care for your spiritual needs by practicing the things you believe, care for our health by eating Good foods,taking medications when necessary , do exercise, help those in need.lastly feeding your mind's with wholesome and upbuilding things. I enjoy the life I live and work hard to make sure this better I pursue will be my reality.
