Surely when one dream ends, it's time to pursue another. It has really been a tough year for me on hive blockchain at large, judging from the way and time I started the year outside of hive. Most of the time, it is almost impossible for one to concentrate on a hive if the motivation and inner peace of mind are not there. Irrespective of how great and rich you are, if the inner peace of mind isn't there, you can't do your normals, and to worsen it all, doing your normals is like wasting time because, firstly, the motivation isn't there.
Invariably, when I was having this difficulty, it was when the talks of changing the interface were very hot and all grounds had been levelled to launch it, just waiting for the most convenient and set time, as according to the owners and directors of the leofinance community, the interface was limiting some actions and dreams concerning the community. At first, the interface was suitable for all to be done, but when one dream ends, it's time to pursue another. The launch day was February 14, 2023, and finally, the deed was done.
Definitely, from leofinance.io to iNLEO. io happened, and from them till now, I have had my thoughts, perceptions, lessons, motivations, and convictions about what has transpired all these while. Everyone would have theirs, but I think mine would be different, probably because of the way I started the year during launch time.
My Lessons, Motivation and Convictions
I have learned a lot of things so far, from the change of interface, first from the owners of the community, to the interface in extensions, and I am going to pinpoint them during the course of this article.
My Lessons
Firstly, what I have learned from the owners is to have foresight and make my dreams and visions specific and direct. Firstly, the owners knew what they wanted right from the onset, which is why they were specific and direct with the kind of interface they would want that could contain and ascertain their dreams. Because they were direct and specific, they inquired about what it would cost and which features would come at any point in the launch. there professionalism was evident when they launched threads first instead of ads. The communications and engagement were needed first before proceeding to the next because they knew if we, the users, could form the habit of engaging through short form, then one goal was already established and then it was time for another.
My Motivation:
Still in the same vein, the motivation I have gathered during the course of the change in this interface is to never give up, even when challenges arise, and the outcome of what I am doing isn't felt or seen that much on the outside; provided I am on the right track, I should continue regardless. This is one of the best of it all to me, seriously, because I can remember when the interface was facing so many glitches that it was very difficult to navigate through. To even publish an article was even harder because there weren't any glitches. Of course, many people had mixed feelings and were ready to talk. I can remember someone saying then that the odd interface was much better than this, that we didn't have this type of issue, and that if they knew this interface wasn't ready, why would they dismantle the old one, leaving us in the dark and so much fault in their complaint? To be honest, I had a doubt in my mind, but I wasn't talking against the interface yet; I lost a fully completed article but was calmed down because I was the sole generator of it. It would surely come back when the time was right, but then, here we are today—a great shift and actualization of purpose is our shift right now. What a great achievement we have had!
My Convictions
In addition to this, my convictions are based on the fact that, thus, next year is going to be the year of actualization on so many projects and designs of works iNLEO has had over the years. Of course, it is going to take a lot of time, but it is worth it because I already know that nothing good comes easy, and it is worth waiting for. Some of the projects that weren't making so much sense and needed a lot of explanations and interpretations would make sense now because the foundation has already been built, which is the interface; it is more like having an empty socket and plugging your charger to charge your device. Other processes on the interface were making sure that the empty socket was built and having it functional so that, when the time was right, we could plug and charge. A typical example of this is the ads seen now and the earnings in addition to the evergreen rewards.
