07/2024I have been Hive for 2 years and I have not been one of those who interacts the most and I still am not, that is why I still have many things to learn about the platform and what its ecosystem implies.
One of the things that catches my attention is the topic of cryptocurrencies and the fact that through our content we become potential investors. The time we freely invest to generate content becomes an asset that fluctuates according to market demand and supply, in this case the value of Hive as a cryptoasset.
03-07/2024One of the things that has caught my attention in recent months is the decrease in the value of the Hive compared to previous months where it remained at an average value of 0.33 USD, reaching a value greater than 0.45 USD in some weeks. It is currently at 0.21 USD and has not changed its behavior.
I am not an expert on the subject regarding investment in the stock markets, the dynamics of these and other aspects, I am still learning but from the little I have learned I know that those who buy or sell are on the one hand, people with a certain amount of money who want to risk in the markets and on the other hand institutions that use venture capital. Previously cryptocurrencies were not considered by institutions but that changed at the beginning of this year that is why we could see that increase in value in a few months product of demand, however that has not prevailed and currently the Hive has a low value. At that moment when the Hive started to go down, I had an idea of the reason for that decrease in value and before revealing it, I compared the same period of the previous years in which I could observe that between March and August the Hive had a stable low period.

03-12/2023If people who invest buy at a low price, they surely withdraw the funds when they see some considerable profit and use it for other investments or expenses, therefore I could conclude that in March they saw enough profit to withdraw part of their money and went on vacation as summer was approaching in the northern hemisphere. Maybe it is a very simple explanation compared to the amount of variables that can be considered but it is not so far fetched considering that in previous years there are similar behaviors.

Again the human component defined the behavior of the market, however I want to clarify that this is an observation of previous years and not at all a prediction of what will happen this year. As I said before I am not an expert on the subject and I do not want to influence anyone in any decision making. Whoever wants to take a risk can do it but with money that is left over and is willing to lose, it is not a lottery but there is risk as everything in life but in this case you can “observe” some kind of behavior.
Another aspect that I also dedicated myself to observe were the moments in which the extremes occurred, that is the minimum and maximum value, as a good mathematician it is good to know those values in a graph because it allows us to know the power of the events that occurred at those times, although unfortunately I do not know what happened but wow it was very cheap, just over 0.1 USD the Hive in November 2020, definitely a good time to invest, especially because in November 2021 reached its record high value and exceeded 3.41 USD. In other words in one year its value increased by more than 3300% or what is the same to say that every dollar invested became more than 33 USD. If you ask me, that is a good opportunity and maybe it will happen again but definitely not in the same way. If we see a cheap product and we know that later on that product many people will want it and will be willing to buy it at a higher price for sure it is worth investing, for example Christmas items before Christmas, chocolates in winter and ice cream in summer but in all this certain conditions apply.

07/2024Llevo 2 años Hive y no he sido de los que más interactúa y sigo sin serlo, es por ello que aún tengo muchas cosas por aprender sobre la plataforma y lo que implica su ecosistema.
Una de las cosas que más me llama la atención es el tema de las criptomonedas y el hecho de que mediante nuestro contenido nos convertimos en unos potenciales inversionistas. El tiempo que invertimos libremente para generar contenido se convierte en un activo que fluctúa de acuerdo a la demanda y oferta del mercado, en este caso del valor del Hive como criptoactivo.
03-07/2024Unas de las cosas que me ha llamado la atención en los últimos meses es la disminución del valor del Hive en comparación a los meses anteriores donde se mantuvo en un valor promedio de 0,33 USD, alcanzando un valor mayor a los 0,45 USD en algunas semanas. Actualmente se encuentra a 0,21 USD y no ha cambiado su comportamiento.
No soy experto en la materia en cuanto a la inversión en los mercados de valores, las dinámicas de estos y otros aspectos, sigo aprendiendo pero de lo poco que he aprendido sé que los que compran o venden son por un lado, personas con cierta cantidad de dinero que desean arriesgar en los mercados y por otro lado instituciones que usan capital de riesgo. Anteriormente las criptomonedas no eran consideradas por las instituciones pero eso cambió a principio de este año por eso se pudo ver ese incremento del valor en unos meses producto de la demanda, sin embargo eso no ha predominado y actualmente el Hive tiene un valor bajo. En ese momento en el que el Hive comenzó a bajar se me ocurrió una idea de la razón de esa disminución del valor y antes de revelarla me dediqué a comparar el mismo periodo de los años anteriores en los cuales pude observar que entre los meses de marzo y agosto el Hive tuvo un periodo establemente bajo.
03-08/2021 03-12/2022 03-12/2023Si la gente que invierte compra a precio bajo, con seguridad retira los fondos cuando ve alguna ganancia considerable y la usa para otras inversiones o gastos, por lo tanto pude concluir que en marzo vieron las suficientes ganancias para retirar una parte de su dinero y se fueron de vacaciones ya que se acercaba el verano en el hemisferio norte. Quizás es una explicación muy sencilla en comparación con la cantidad de variables que pueden ser consideradas pero no es algo tan rebuscado considerando que en los años anteriores hay comportamientos similares.
Precio más bajo - 11/2020Por otra parte otra de mis observaciones es que, en años anteriores aproximadamente en esta fecha y hasta noviembre se pudo observar como el valor del Hive aumentaba y bajaba justo antes de las navidades. Nuevamente el componente humano definió el comportamiento del mercado, sin embargo quiero aclarar que esto es una observación de los años anteriores y para nada una predicción de lo que ocurrirá este año. Como dije antes no soy experto en la materia y no quiero influenciar a nadie en alguna toma de decisión. El que quiera arriesgarse lo puede hacer pero con dinero que le sobre y que esté dispuesto a perder, no es una lotería pero si hay riesgo como todo en la vida pero en este caso se puede “observar” algún tipo de comportamiento.
Otro aspecto que también me dediqué a observar fueron los momentos en los cuales se produjeron los extremos, o sea el valor mínimo y el máximo, como buen matemático es bueno conocer esos valores en una gráfica porque nos permite conocer el poder de los eventos que se produjeron en esos momentos, aunque desgraciadamente no conozco lo que ocurrió pero vaya que estuvo muy barato, poquito más de 0,1 USD el Hive en noviembre del 2020, definitivamente un buen tiempo para invertir, sobre todo porque en noviembre del 2021 alcanzó su valor record máximo y supero los 3,41 USD. En otras palabras en un año su valor se incrementó en más de un 3300% o lo que es lo mismo a decir que cada dólar invertido se convirtió en más de 33 dólares. Si me lo preguntan, eso si es una buena oportunidad y quizás pase de nuevo pero definitivamente no de la misma manera. Si vemos algún producto barato y sabemos que más adelante ese producto muchas personas lo van a querer y estarán dispuestos a comprarlo a mayor precio con seguridad vale la pena invertir, por ejemplo los artículos navideños antes de navidad, los chocolates en invierno y los helados en verano pero en todo esto ciertas condiciones aplican.
11/2020-11/2021Desde hace tiempo concluí que nosotros los creadores de contenido en Hive debemos hacer el mejor contenido posible para que el Hive siga aumentando su valor ya que es la dedicación que le damos lo que finalmente puede definir el precio de nuestro contenido y en consecuencia lo que hace que incremente o disminuya su valor porque eso hará que más gente se sume o no a esta plataforma, por mi parte estoy comprometido a dar lo mejor de mí, a seguir mejorando y a ayudar a los que pueda a crecer.
