Hello everyone. This is the first time I've done this, actually. I don't usually do reports of any style anywhere. However, taking advantage of the fact that we are starting a new year, I wanted to at least make an annual report, something that will help me to have as a record or reference for the future. For those who don't know me yet, on the internet I'm called "Nattosheru" and I'm a fan of anime and movies, I write or do reviews and tops talking about it on my blog. I've been in this niche for two years now, but before that I talked a lot about cryptocurrencies. Hive has been and still is for me a solution to a lot of problems I had for a long time in other social networks Web2 and Web3. So when I started in March of last 2024 I decided to dedicate myself fully to upload constant content in this great place. In a little less than 10 months I have achieved much more than I expected, to be honest, and I am grateful for it. In this post I want to tell you about those achievements, as well as some of the important goals I have for this new year 2025.

Hola a todos. Esta es la primera vez que hago esto, la verdad. No acostumbro a hacer reportes de ningún estilo en ninguna parte. Sin embargo, aprovechando que estamos empezando un nuevo año, quería al menos hacer un reporte anual, algo que me ayude a tener como registro o referencia para el futuro. Para los que aún no me conozcan, en internet me llamo “Nattosheru” y soy un fanático del animes y de películas, escribo o hago reseñas y tops hablando de ello en mi blog. Llevo ya dos años dentro de este nicho, pero antes de eso hablaba mucho sobre criptomonedas. Hive ha sido y sigue siendo para mí una solución a muchísimos problemas que tenía desde hace tiempo en otras redes sociales Web2 y Web3. Así que al empezar en Marzo del pasado 2024 decidí dedicarme de lleno a subir contenido constante en este gran lugar. En poco menos de 10 meses he conseguido mucho más de lo que esperaba, la verdad, y estoy agradecido por ello. En este post les quiero hablar de dichos logros, además de algunas de las metas importantes que tengo para este nuevo año 2025.

To begin with, I want to mention that my case is a somewhat exceptional case, beyond just saying that it is "luck" - which I do not rule out completely -, it could be said that what I have achieved since the early days of starting in Hive was a direct consequence of years of progress and experience uploading content on the internet. Just starting I already had in mind literally everything I wanted to upload and share in the different communities in which I am recurrent to this day, because I already knew how to do what I do so much. This made me get good votes and a pleasant and constant support. It is because of this, and because of the high amount of support I have received, that I say that I did not expect so much in such a short time.
Thanks to this is that I have had this motivation that I needed to be constant in Hive. Today, after almost 10 months, I have achieved my first 1,000 Hive Power (HP). And not only that, but you can also say that I have a monthly "fixed salary" which is what I get with the HBD I receive from the payments of the votes of my weekly publications. Yes, it is true that in the financial and general world it is not advisable to count 100% of what you earn in one place, that you have to diversify and look for active or passive income alternatives. However, it is also true that until mid 2024 I had some extra income that helped me a lot at the end of the month, but let's say that I have already lost those means of extra income and now I only count on what I earn in Hive, which in part is a relief because here I feel that what I get is double what I see at the end of the month in my bank account (this due to what is known that the payments of the posts are divided in half between HP and HBD).
That is why, unfortunately, I have not been able to make any Power Up from Hive or InLeo. But already by 2025 I am aiming to do so, if everything works out well, of course. Apart from that, what I have achieved so far is already a lot for me, although I know that I still have a long way to go. In communities like "The Anime Realm", "CineTV" or "Movies & TV Shows" I've gotten some recognition for the reviews I upload, in addition to the work of "Networking" and so on. I've even gotten a Badger in the anime community for being an active member in it and I really appreciate that. I've also managed to generate and save several currencies from different projects and communities in my account ($LEO, $CINE, $MUSIC, $POB, $SCP, etc.). Now, close to 100 followers and with a clearer and more realistic goal than when I started, I have that determination to continue with what I know and what I like to do, something that is very important and valuable, really.

Para empezar, quiero mencionar que mi caso es un caso un tanto excepcional, más allá de decir solamente que es “suerte” - cosa que no descarto por completo -, se podría decir que lo que he logrado desde los primeros días de empezar en Hive fue una consecuencia directa de años de progreso y experiencia subiendo contenido en internet. Apenas empezando ya tenía en mente literalmente todo lo que quería subir y compartir en las diferentes comunidades en las que soy recurrente al día de hoy, debido a que ya sabía hacer esto que tanto hago. Esto hizo que consiguiera buenos votos y un grato y constante apoyo. Es por eso, y por la cantidad tan alta de apoyo que he recibido, que digo que no me esperaba tanto en tan poco tiempo.
Gracias a esto es que he tenido esta motivación que necesitaba para ser constante en Hive. Al día de hoy, después de casi 10 meses, he conseguido mis primeros 1.000 Hive Power (HP). Y no solo eso, sino también se puede decir que tengo un “sueldo fijo” mensual que es lo que consigo con los HBD que recibo de los pagos de los votos de mis publicaciones semanales. Si, es cierto que en el mundo financiero y general no es recomendable contar al 100% con lo que ganas en un solo sitio o lugar, que tienes que diversificar y buscar alternativas de ingresos activos o pasivos. Sin embargo, es cierto también que hasta mediados del 2024 tuve uno que otro ingreso extra que me ayudaba mucho al fin de mes, pero digamos que ya he perdido dichos medios de ingresos extra y que ahora solo cuento únicamente con lo que gano en Hive, lo cual en parte es un alivio ya que aquí siento que lo que consigo es el doble de lo que veo a fin de mes en mi cuenta bancaria (esto debido a lo que se sabe de que los pagos de los posts se dividen a la mitad entre HP y HBD).
Es por eso que, lamentablemente, no he podido realizar ningún Power Up de Hive o de InLeo. Pero ya para el 2025 tengo como meta hacerlo, si todo resulta bien, claro. Fuera de esto, ya es mucho para mí lo que he logrado hasta ahora, aunque sé que me queda aún mucho más camino por recorrer. En comunidades como “The Anime Realm”, “CineTV” o “Movies & TV Shows” he conseguido cierto reconocimiento por las reseñas que subo, además del trabajo de “Networking” y demás. Incluso he conseguido un Badger en la comunidad de anime por ser un miembro activo en ella y eso lo agradezco muchísimo. También he conseguido generar y ahorrar varias monedas de proyectos y comunidades diferentes en mi cuenta ($LEO, $CINE, $MUSIC, $POB, $SCP, etc.). Ahora, cerca de los 100 seguidores y con un objetivo más claro y realista que cuando empecé, tengo esa determinación de seguir con lo que sé y con lo que me gusta hacer, algo que es muy importante y valioso, la verdad.

Among the dozens of social dApps that exist in the vast and growing Hive ecosystem, there is InLeo, which I can say without a doubt is my favorite Front. Beyond the obvious, what fascinates me about InLeo is the similarity it has with microblogging social networks such as X/Twitter or Bluesky, but there is also the way in which it manages, supports and distributes that support in the different communities in which it is associated, but more directly to the creators or active users within its Front. Despite not being daily, using InLeo to upload my posts helped me get my first 100 Leo Power (LP), which while it may not be enough for many, it is an unexpectedly remarkable progress for me.
It is true that I am looking forward to participate in some Leo Power Up or in some event or activity they do within InLeo, so among my goals for this 2025 is that, besides growing my LPs, of course. Let's talk now about my goals for this new year 2025. Although I have only one goal that could be considered a "Long Term Goal", because of the time it will take me to achieve it and everything I have to do before, it is clear that among those short and medium term goals in between is also included Hive. There are several things I want to achieve this year in this great ecosystem, starting with growing my number of followers, that is, making myself known a little more in Hive. For this, I will have to adapt to start uploading content on niches or topics that I haven't talked about or have talked about very little so far (topics such as music, poems, my thoughts on certain things, etc.). My goal is, in this case, to grow both as a user, as a creator and also as a personal brand.
Far from multiplying my earnings on Hive - which I don't rule out either - what I want to do the most this year is to increase my reputation. So far I have a reputation around 67, which I admit is good for the time I've had it. My goal, even before I reach the one year mark on Hive, is to get to 70 on reputation as soon as possible. Of course, for this I'll have to double the amount of content I upload weekly or even daily at some point, but I'll figure that out over time (besides using that as a last resort since I didn't really want to do that). What I do want is to learn about methods or strategies that can help me to make organic and noticeable progress personally on Hive.

Hablemos ahora de mis metas para este nuevo año 2025. Si bien tengo una sola meta que se podría considerar una “Meta a Largo Plazo”, por el tiempo que me va a costar conseguirla y todo lo que tengo que hacer antes, está claro que entre esas metas a corto y mediano plazo entre medio está también incluido Hive. Hay varias cosas que quiero conseguir este año en este gran ecosistema, empezando por hacer crecer mi número de seguidores, eso se refiere a hacerme conocer un poco más en Hive. Para esto, tendré que adaptarme a empezar a subir contenido de nichos o temas que hasta ahora no he hablado o he hablado muy poco (temas como la música, los poemas, mis pensamientos sobre ciertas cosas, etc.). Mi objetivo es, en este caso, crecer tanto como usuario, como creador y también como marca personal.

Well, this is only thought just for the moment, since for this I will have to resort to a better equipment, things that I don't have now, apart from a lot of practice and self-confidence. It is something difficult, but I know that in order to move to the next level and grow much more I have to get out of my "Comfort Zone" which would be just writing and experimenting with new things, trying more audiovisual methods.
So far, this is all I can tell you about what I plan to do for this 2025. Hopefully this year will be a great year in many ways. Por otra parte, dejo claro que no voy a dejar de hacer networking de manera recurrente en Hive. Es algo difícil, pero sé que para poder pasar al siguiente nivel y conseguir crecer mucho más tengo que salir de mi “Zona de Confort” que sería solo escribir y experimentar con cosas nuevas, probar métodos más audiovisuales.
Hasta ahora, esto es todo lo que les puedo contar de lo que tengo planeado hacer para este 2025. Esperemos que este año sea un gran año en varios sentidos.
