Facebook Monetisation and The Hive blog.
Last month, a friend of mine sent me his first earnings from Facebook since he began monetising his page. The page has existed for over two years, and about five months ago, he was able to pass the #monetisation procedures. Guess his earnings. It stood at $10 after a whole lot of commitments and activity he put on the page, but he could only earn $10. It was laughable to me because when people begin to compare Facebook monetisation and Hive blockchain, I do tell them that the two cannot be compared. The $10 he earns for one month can be earned in a few minutes on #hive. This is not a bluff. Lots of people have spent their time and resources just to earn revenue from Facebook. Earning revenue from Facebook is a very tedious task compared to earnings from Hive. In Hive, you need engagements and quality content, then boom, you are good to go. I talked to a friend some months ago about Hive, and because of the things he posted on Facebook almost on a daily basis, I told him that his content of his could fetch him money on Hive. He told me that he had most of those things to qualify for Facebook monetisation. He said that he has done this for almost a year, and it’s as if nothing has happened. Immediately, he signed up on Hive, and it’s been an amazing journey here. He posts here daily, and as this morning when I checked his account value, he’s worth more than $100 in just a month. Something that he could not earn on Facebook in the past six months.
I am yet to see a web2 platform that can be compared to Hive in terms of rewarding users for engagement. The processes involved to begin to earn are not as tedious as others, secondly, the freedom you have in controlling your funds is second to none. You do not need a third party to process your funds, and all of those bottlenecks are removed. There is nothing one can post on Facebook that one cannot post on the Hive blog. Instead of people spending their time and resources on Facebook, I prefer that they channel that energy into Hive and see their reward without much stress.
You may end up not qualifying for Facebook monetisation, no matter the efforts you put in there. Some people have tried everything they can in order for their Facebook account to be monetised, yet they have not earned it. Most times, some people’s earnings on Facebook for 30 days are too inconsequential that could afford them any reasonable thing of life. On the hive, no amount of effort you put that will amount to a waste. So long as you are doing the right thing.
No matter how you view it, Hive has many advantages over a Facebook account that is monetised. Putting the two side by side, I would rather remain on Hive than struggle for Facebook monetisation.
