Lately, the crypto market has been experiencing significant movement in some major altcoins a lot of traders have been cashing out big-time, although in every bull market there are two sides, while others are busy accumulating more crypto and fill their bag others are completely getting their assets liquidated due to either improper technique when trading the market.
Trading can sometimes be a mind-blowing strategy that involves using real capital traders or interested participants are always advised before, venturing into any trading activity should make proper market research, attend an online or offline seminar to get acquainted with basic trading rules and regulations before using real cash.
Being a trader or having years of experience in trading will not always guarantee success in trading, there are times when you have to lose some fund which is quite a norm in trading these reasons will sometimes propel a trader to pause and make either self-examination of how they would improve on their trading skill before resuming back to trade the market.
Here are some reasons why you would need some break off trading

This can be a bit absurd, but in other to stay vigilant without missing out on what's happening in the market a trader will have to do much looking at the chart for hours this can lead to some eyes defection rays from our screen can be harmful which is why having a break can save you having some health-related issues.Self-examination; It's always important for any traders to check out his performance in trading this will help you determine whether you have been doing well in your trading or not did you notice any improvement in your trading skill over the years or have you been stuck in the same point and repeatedly doing the same mistake over and over again?
If there is no much improvement I guess it's the right time to sit back and figure out a more improved strategy.Balance Sheet; profit and loss record need to be recorded except you're just trading for fun depending on your weekly or monthly gains/loss can be recorded if over the month there are many gains or loss it's left for you to decide either to pause or continue with your trading.
