For me, I didn't usually get affected by the dip before, but I don't understand myself for the past 3 to 4 days now, I haven't really been myself, I have been highly emotional and been overthinking everything which I must say have affected my creative side and it is like a writer's block but not really a writer's block because I know what I want to write about but I am not just in the mood to write about it but at the same time I won't be myself if I don't write, so I really don't know how to handle it, if you have had this kind of experience before I would love to know how you got out of it, because this mood or whatever it is, is really f*cking with me. I feel like I need to get out of my own head to feel free but don't know how I would do that, what I do when I have a writer's block before is this I either go for a walk around my neighborhood, listen to music or see a movie but all that seems not to work at all in this case and am honestly tired of it.
And how I know how to handle the dip or bear market is to HODL and buying in use dollar cost averaging to help reduce the effect of the volatile bear market on my trade, and help me control my emotions better but I think I have already lost that battle because of the way am feeling but that doesn't mean am going to make a wrong and costly decision in the market that will affect my portfolio, am just feeling funny and emotional but I honestly still don't know why I am feeling this way. I just hope this is just a phase and it will pass because I don't like the way I am feeling, I hate feeling so down, and moody.
This bear market has been a hell of a long one, and I can not wait for it to be over and let the bulls take back the market, but the sad truth is this is the bear market is actually the best time to accumulate enough coins that you couldn't afford during the bull market, but this dip has given us 50% or more discount on the price of almost every coin if not all, so I should be happy to be buying more coin not feeling this way, although my portfolio has fallen massively. Still, I own this dip won't last forever and that the value of my coins remains the same and it only varies against the equivalent value in U.S. dollar, so I know my money is safe until I close now at loss, which I am definitely not going to do. but I still can't help the way am feeling and I really hate this feeling, any suggestions on how I can move past it, will be really appreciated, thanks in advance.
