In my opinion, $100k per Bitcoin will happen first obviously before $10k per Ethereum, because Bitcoin's momentum lately is great and it is pumping very fast like an altcoin. And let us also remember that the majority of the time, Bitcoin desires which direction the entire crypto market will follow, if it pumps the crypto market will pump as well, and if it dumps or dips the crypto market will follow suit, so before Ethereum will hit $10k from its current price at $3,889 as at the last time I checked, Bitcoin would or should have hit $100k per Bitcoin, Bitcoin is $30.8k away from $100k, while Ethereum is about $6.1k+ away from 6k.
Bitcoin's pump after the Bitcoin halving next month will lead us into the next Bull run which will lead Ethereum to $10k and also make other altcoins to pump hard as well. While predicting the future value of cryptocurrencies can be a second nature to us traders and investors it is crucial to remember that the market is incredibly volatile and influenced by a multitude of factors and events just like the upcoming Bitcoin halving. So Instead of fixating on specific price points, let us focus on understanding the technology and underlying principles of each currency can provide more long-term value and insights.
Another reason why I believe Bitcoin will hit $100k before Ethereum hits $10k is the fact that after the Bitcoin halving, it will become more scarce than it is now, and after the Bitcoin halving the supply and demand theory will make Bitcoin pump hard because when a commodity, asset or products demand is high and the supply is low, the price of that commodity, asset or product will be sky high.
